I forced myself to watch the first season…I didn't even make it through the first half of the first episode of the second season. I just can't get over how weak it is in comparison to the original "Being Human". I'll stick the the UK original. (Though, I agree - Sam Witwer and Sam Huntington aren't bad to look at)

Re: caffeinatedangel – I completely agree. I was(still am) a fan of the original, so I wasn't thrilled with this when I first heard about it. However, I thought Why not check it out? Watched the first few episodes that came on TV and couldn't bare it. Well now it is on Netflix so I figured… while I wait for the new season of the original version to come to the states why not gives this one another chance? This time I made it through the entire first season only to grow more and more disappointed. The acting is so painful and the writing is so uninteresting. They cut so many good things out like the intensity for instance… or the life. The one and only thing I liked about this version is what they have done with Herrick (Bishop on this version). They actually made him more interesting. Other than that… snooze fest.
