Mitchel Musso, former Hannah Montana star, has caught a serious break in his DUI case.
Back in October he was busted early in the morning when a cop pulled him over in Burbank, California.
Did we mention he's only 20?
So he pretty much laid himself at the mercy of the court and pled no contest to the charge of having an over 0.8 blood alcohol level.
He will be sentenced to 36 months of informal probation, have to pay a fine and then complete an alcohol education class.
He released a statement that said:
"I appreciate the court allowing me to resolve my case in the manner it did today. In becoming an adult, I have learned first hand that stepping up and taking responsibility is the best way to move forward.
I am especially thankful to my family and fans for their unwavering support and encouragement. I am glad to now put this in the past."
Let's hope that's the last we hear about him and his legal issues.
You don't wanna mess up again when you're on probation… you won't get off with a slap on the wrist, that's for sure.
