A new half-hour comedy show, Sullivan and Son, that's being produced by Vince Vaughn and will star stand-up comedian Steve Byrne, has been ordered by TBS.
The show stars Bryne as Sullivan, a lawyer who quits his job to take over his family's legendary bar that serves the working-class of Pittsburgh.
Rob Long from Cheers helped to write it and will be the show runner.
TBS will be showing the ten episode series in the summer.
An executive VP and head of programming for TBS, TNT and Turner Classic Movies said:
"Sullivan and Son is a smart, funny, workplace comedy from the distinct comedy voices of Steve Byrne and Rob Long.
The barstools at Sullivan's bar are filled with outrageous, unique characters, and Steve and Rob have created an outstanding world in which they can shine.
We are extremely proud of this show and look forward to spending many nights throwing one back with the regulars at Sullivan & Son."
We're definitely innerested to see what Vince Vaughn can do as a TV producer.
