Looks like J Lo's pulling double duty on Fox!
The network has picked up Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony's Q'Viva: The Chosen, a Spanish reality show that the former spouses have Americanized for network. They must've done a good job!
The show has J Lo, Marc, and Madge's halftime show director, Jamie King, scouring 20 different countries looking for the best Latin talent.
The finalists then head Stateside to become the chosen one.
Wow..that's WAY more traveling than Idol or X Factor!
J Lo said the following about the show:
Q’Viva is a passion project on so many levels. It’s really our dream to see it come together. This is about creating a live visual experience about Latin culture, rhythm and dance. I believe that people will be so enlightened, so enriched by this experience.
Q’Viva will reveal to the world just how much exquisite and pure talent exists in every corner of every country.
We bet after searching through 20 different countries!
The English transition won't be too painful as the judges frequently speak English with subtitles used when they speak Spanish or Portuguese.
Q'Viva has already debuted on Univision and will premiere on Fox March 9th.
Are you excited for Fox to add some Latin flava?!
