Kirk Cameron Spews Homophobia And Bigotry On Piers Morgan Tonight

| Filed under: Icky Icky PooGay Gay GayPiers Morgan

…and off he goes!

Did anyone really expect less from him?

Outspoken Born Again Christian Kirk Cameron was interviewed last night on Piers Morgan Tonight, and, when asked about his stance on gay marriage and homosexuality, wasted no time referring to it as unnatural, detrimental, and "ultimately destructive to so many of the foundations of civilization."

Ch-ch-check out the rest of what he said on the subject, as we will be sick if we have to transcribe the words, in the clip (above)!

So sad. It's clear that despite his attempt to soften his opinions with some serious politician-esque dodging of questions, all he's taken from his religion is outdated bigotry and hatred for those who are different.

We'd say that those qualities are far more "destructive to so many of the foundations of civilization" than homosexuality could ever be, wouldn't you, Kirk?

Girl please. This queen is probably giving blowies at a gas station right now. His viewpoints are almost as dated and irrelevant as him.

  2. 2

While i certainly do not agree with his beliefs in any way. I am certain that his comments could have been alot more fiery than they were. At least he didn't completely go off the deep end!

  3. 3

BOY! He REALLY is a HOLY Roller, Huh?!? :( He probably sucks dicks for a penny a piece behind closed doors!!! :)

  4. 4

I'm torn. On one hand I am disgusted by this level of ignorance, arrogance, and religiosity. On the other, I feel very bad for a man who is so obviously self hating and in denial. Kirk, it's ok to be gay! If he'd just get over that, he probably wouldn't be so hateful towards gays… and maybe lighten up about the evolution thing to. This is all just a defense mechanism to deny his own homosexuality. Poor guy really thinks it's a bad thing!

  5. 5

And to think that I used to have the biggest crush on him as a teenager.

  6. 6

Why do people listen to guys like this, yes Adam and Eve were real *eyeroll* yes, a talking snake existed *eye rolls* yes, a whole sea parted for people to walk through *eyeroll* yes, it rained for 40 days and 40 nights *eyeroll* yes, a virgin woman gave birth *a million eyerolls* yes, the earth is only 6,000 years old and dinosaurs never exsisted. COMON! When the hell will humans EVOLVE.

  7. 7

Kurt points out his own flaws and says the most important thing- that he tries to love and work on the relationships with his family every day. How he chooses to handle his own family is his business. Nothing said in this interview should be taken personally, sorry but your title for this article is WAY off.

  8. 8

You automatically view him as homophobe because he disagrees with your opinion? Bullshit. That's his opinion. Anyone could disagree in the nicest way and you'd still call them a bigot. I think he handled the onslaught of questions well. He was nowhere as ungracious as Morgan.

  9. 9

    You know you'd blow him.

  10. 10

I would like just one example of homosexuality being destructive to the foundations of a civilization. Just one. Name one civilization that was ruined by homosexuality. There is economics, hypertropia, war, greed, natural disaster and religion that have brought civilizations to their knees. But sexuality? Just another example of a bigot hiding behind the bible.

  11. 11

To each his own. I certainly don't agree with him however. To me his stance makes him a hypocrite.

  12. 12

Kirk Cameron can suck my dick!

  13. 13

it's one thing for adults to chose to live their lives believing in the big fairytale of religion but for their children to be brainwashed into it is so sad. hopefully some of his children are gay so he will have to live the rest of his life trying to figure out what he did wrong when in all actuality it was inevitable and not wrong in the least.

    14

Technically it is biblically immoral to be gay so hes just going on his beliefs and opinions, which we are all entitled to. I am not here to judge anyone because it is not my job to judge…I have gay and lesbian friends and I support them as friends should. Do not hate on him just because you do not believe what he says….rise above, be the better person, because to lash out and call names is just being a bully.

  15. 15

Why so much hate? I believe that this guy is 100% wrong. (Kirk) If he wants to represent me politically we have a serious problem, but as a private citizen he may be as devout as he wants, right? I kind of admire it, I think his thinking will be out numbered soon (I hope). I But his right to believe and profess the way he does I hope never goes under ground.

  16. 16

Perez you're hateful. You don't have to agree with his beliefs! He was asked, and he was clearly trying very hard to be respectful when answering. He wasn't spewing anything. He was trying to explain how he feels and you could tell he had a lot of reservations about letting it out. It's a shame he has to be afraid to tell people what he believes. #sad

  17. 17

Kirk Cameron is an absolute idiot without a shred of education. He's a brainwashed hater. His statement that marriage has been around since Adam and Eve is nonsense. Until about a hundred years ago, marriage was exclusively for cementing unions between families for financial and power reasons. Nothing to do with love like marriage is today. So, see, marriage has changed. Women are no longer property, for example. Interracial marriage is now legal, even though Christians in the past have used the Bible to say it shouldn't be. Anyone with such strong views on homosexuality either know nothing about it or are gay and hiding themselves.

  18. 18

He's in the closet bad and will die a sad man.

  19. 19

Re: sgie – The Bible says a lot of shizzle. Don't eat pork or seafood. Kill disobedient sons. Shun menstruating women. Don't eat or wear hybrid food or clothing. Slavery is a good thing and slaves shouldn't complain that they're slaves. Men shouldn't shave or cut their hair. Funny how these Christian Taliban pick and chose what they believe in and want to force on others.

  20. 20

Re: MommaBeth – Are you saying he has the right to force his wacko beliefs on his children? Proves the point that the biggest child abusers are fundamental Christians.

  21. 21

Why is it that if someone has an opinion that's different to your own, they're automatically labelled a "bigot" and a "hater"? I don't agree with some choices other people make for their own lives like, having an affair, but all that means is I wouldn't do something that someone else would. We all have different religious, political, moral views, we all have different senses of humor, we all like and dislike different things. That's the way it is. I'm so tired of the "hater" label for anyone who has a different opinion.

  22. 22

The DEVIL 3:) has a SPECIAL place in HELL for you, Kirk! And you thought Piers Morgan gave you the HOT SEAT! ;)

  23. 23

oh please, just more holy roller bullshit. the weird thing is I'd heard that he was into men. did he change that when he was "born again" ??

  24. 24

I thought he handled himself very well. I find it refreshing that he didn't give the politcaly correct answer or skirt the question. He is strong in his faith and convictions, so good for him. I feel badly for his kid/kids if indeed they turn out to be gay.
If Kirk himself, is gay, as a BI just stated it may be him. I feel bad for him. Must not be easy caught between your faith and your secret.

  25. 25

Re: AttFinch – yeah but the only reason any adults buy into it is because they were brainwashed as children as well. his children will likely grow up to be as narrow-minded as he is. It takes a strong person to realize that everything they've been taught their whole life is bull shit

  26. 26

Re: Meggie246524 – People with different opinions are not automatically labeled haters. But this is a case of someone's opinion making judgements on the lifestyles of others. Calling someone else's lifestyle unnatural or detrimental is hateful. Gay people do not affect Kirk's life, so why is he condemning them? Having an opinion is fine, but when people, like the religious right, try to legislate their opinion on everyone it is no longer just an opinion, it is oppression. I don't hate anyone for Christian beliefs, but when they try to force their beliefs on everyone, it is time to speak up.

  27. 27

Re: oleander22 – It's not 'just his opinion' when his intolerance starts to define the rights of other citizens in this country. If we had just let people have their own opinions during the Civil Rights movement our children might still be drinking from separate water fountains.

While I wouldn't call Cameron a 'raging homophobe' his words are still very destructive to a society that is taking a stand for tolerance.

It's a very dangerous thing to have our country define the rights of a minority, but it won't matter in the long run. People are becoming less intolerant every day and I see gay marriage being legalized in every state way before our lifetime is over.

  28. 28

Re: Meggie246524 – Again, having your own opinion is fine until it starts making its way into legislation in this country that takes away certain rights from certain people. It's easy to say 'everyone is entitled to their own opinion' but in the mean time, we have people in this country who are shown by their own government that they are lesser beings in the eyes of the law. How would you feel waking up to that every morning?

If we had let everyone just have their own opinions during the civil rights movement then our kids might still be drinking from separate water fountains.

  29. 29

Re: meister – while what you said is most likely true i don't think if applies to cameron. i had heard he was a "born-again christian" (the worst kind) i just wikipedia'd him and found this.
    *
Cameron was an atheist in his early teens, but when he was 17, during the height of his career on Growing Pains, he developed a belief in God, and became a born-again Christian. After converting to Christianity, he began to insist that story lines be stripped of anything he thought too adult or racy in Growing Pains

  30. 30

Gays can not reproduce (un natural) they can only recruit. Homosexuality kills the Judeo-Christian structure of the family. Fall of the family is the fall of the nation (yea America is heading in that direction) All the gays I know had a sexual altercation "an incident" occur around puberty~totally screwed them up. Cry me a river, KC speaks the truth and nothing cuts more then God's work; it cuts to the bone and you soul knows it. We must hate the sin and through Christ love the sinner.

  31. 31

The funny thing is these holier than thou people critisize everyone else and put down anyone different than them, they even shun science for the sake of protecting their religion, but the minute they get sick they run to the doctor, hmm why not just let your god heal you?

  32. 32

Re: oleander22 – Just because he is nice, polite and gracious does not clear him from being a bigot. He may not be ranting and spewing hate, but he is still a bigot. In fact, it is these so-called reasonable ones that are the most dangerous of all because he makes it sound ok. But really his message is the same as the more blatant bigots.

  33. 33

Re: stamina – I can assure you, I am gay and I grew up in a safe and loving home. Has it ever occurred to you that my sexuality is just as concrete as yours is?

  34. 34

Not at all sad! Cheers to Kirk for speaking openly about something that the entire Christ-Follower community agrees with whole-heartedly (yes, millions of people) Does this make a large percentage of the general population bigots, homophobic, etc? Statistically, not possible. Gayology is a fad, just like pet rocks. lol…

  35. @v@ says – reply to this

    35

He can believe what ever he wishes in his personal life. He's actually a really nice guy, but obviously a fundamentalist. I would say to him that heterosexuality is unnatural to a homosexual person, as homosexuality would feel unnatural to a hetero. If he has faith, then how can he not believe that God makes no mistakes? All God's creatures have a right to be as he made them. Judge not lest ye be judged. Be peaceful, loving and tolerant, and let God sort it out at the pearly gate. Treat others as you would wish to be treated, and then he might not turn YOU away.

  36. 36

I get the funny feeling Perez's people edit out all the negative comments. But if they don't, God bless Kirk for voicing his beliefs without reservation, one of the vital foundations of our country. And for the haters: shame on you.

  37. 37

Are you kidding me??? this guy is a freakin ignorant bastard. how does gay marriage affect him? how does it affect anybody who isn't gay? i mean if you love someone you love someone, why should your life be determined by the government and the stupid assholes like him??? to me it makes no sense. I am a straight woman and i would love for gay marriage to be equal! they are as human as the rest of us. they have needs, they want love. so why can't they have it? Why can't people just leave them be to be happy?

  38. 38

Honestly, I thought Perez promoted anti-bullying? I hate that anytime a person has an opinion that is opposite of his and the LGBT community, all of a sudden it's ok to bully…doesn't make sense and is not fair. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion. Bullying is wrong and just because he doesn't believe in gay marriage doesn't make him a bad person. Piers asked and he answered truthfully.

  39. 39

Re: oleander22 – Totally agree! Just because you don't agree with gay marriage doesn't mean you deserve to be called ugly names or treated badly. It doesn't make you a bigot, it means you have your own opinion.

  40. 40

Re: JasonDiggy – That's the old testament

  41. 41

Re: Meggie246524 – Me too…He needs to stop being a hypocrite. Actions speak louder than words and clearly, he is still a bully.

  42. 42

    Sad.

    43

I don't think attraction to same sex is a choice. I believe it's a chromosomal variance, because all manner of creatures on the planet along with mankind have a percentage of their population that exhibit exclusive homosexuality. That more or less rules out choice as a whole.

  44. 44

Re: Laroccakiddd – could not agree more

  45. 45

I saw this elsewhere in the news and just had to come here and see if Perez was running his fat mouth about it. I was right as usual. He is.

GLAAD and gays everywhere love to blow these things out of proportion. Mr. Cameron was not mean in his remarks. He was asked what he thought and answered honestly. He even backs his statements up with historical fact, unlike GLAAD, who backs their statements up with, "but there are a lot of gay people around so it shouldn't be wrong."

One of the most important things that is being overlooked here is that he stated his opinion and did not do it in a slanderous way. He is constitutionally entitled to do so,the ame way as Perez is constitutionally entitled to talk about how yummy it is for two guys to kiss on a soap opera.

So Perez and his friends at GLAAD promote freedom of lifestyle, but they do not promote freedom of speech. They have proven that time and time again.

Hopefully this comment gets posted and doesn't end up being sensored, because this isn't an endorsement of intolerance. This is a call for fairness on both ends of this debate. People like Mr. Cameron, myself and many others do not try to stop people from living how they want to live. We just have no problem with stating publicly and openly that we don't think it's right. There's nothing homophobic or bigoted about that. You people need to lighten the hell up.

    46

Re: JasonDiggy – Right. Also, the bible, overall magnificent piece of work that it is, was written and reinterpreted by MAN, which potentially can bring in certain bias. The blueprint I don't question, as it is said to be written by God, is the Ten Commandments. Nothing in those about predilictive pair bonding.

  47. 47

And who the fuck is this??

  48. 48

I feel bad for his kids , he"s such a holly roller that he forgets its a sin to judge !!!!

  49. 49

Re: rosebud99 – A bigot - "a person obstinately or intolerantly devoted to his or her own opinions and prejudices, especially one exhibiting intolerance, and animosity toward those of differing beliefs." Double standard. Couldnt it be argued that you are also being a bigot for being intolerant of his beliefs?

  50. 50

Re: Eternia – Ya and calling him a "holy roller" is judging too..so who's the hypocrite??

  51. 51

Re: oleander22 – It is about imposing your beliefs on others. I would never tell him how to live or who to marry, or cast judgement on how he lives his life. But he is casting judgement on how others live. That is the difference.

  52. 52

    Re: proud homo
    And probably would

  53. 53

Although I do no agree with his opinions, he was very nice, and appropriate with his answers. He kept stressing that it was what HE BELIEVED, and everyone is allowed to believe what they want. I do hate that gays do not have equal rights, but he was in no way spewing hate.

  54. 54

Re: Sarah13 – Well said Sarah. I agree with you 100%.

  55. 55

This is simply his opinion. And it's not at all as bad as it could have been. He is a devote christian, what did you expect his opinion would be? He's not out on a crusade trying to ban homosexuality, this was Morgan asking him a question knowing what the answer would be

  56. @v@ says – reply to this

    56

Re: stamina – You state that 'All the gays I know had a sexual altercation "an incident" occur around puberty~totally screwed them up.' Funny, none of the gays I know very well have any such defining incident in their background, apart from saying that they just 'knew' from very early on. I think your story is something heteros tell themselves because they don't understand and even fear homosexuality, and thus have some need to put it into (an often sadly bigoted) box. As a questioning hetero, I've put some work into trying to understand my gay friends. They roll differently sexually.

  57. 57

Girl Please!!! This is a closet case, gone crazy!!!

  58. 58

Re: Sarah13 – Calling someone unnatural, detrimental, and destructive to civilization is hateful. Just because he said it politely does not make it any less hateful. There were lots of very nice, polite people who owned slaves, were they less hateful because they were nice? Don't be fooled by a wolf in sheep's clothing.

  59. 59

Re: rosebud99 – It was Morgan who brought the whole subject up. - "If I asked you for example, what your view on gay marriage is what would you say?" By Morgans own words, Cameron shared his 'view' on it, in no way, shape, or form forcing his belief on someone.

    60

Jesus never once condemns homosexuality. Mr. Camerons says the bible only talks about a relationship between a man and a woman but he is so wrong. What about the relationship between David & Jonathan? "the soul of Jonathan was knit with the soul of David, and Jonathan loved him as his own soul" (1 Samuel 18:1, KJV). Soul in ancient Israelite times means a combination of body and spirit. Thus the two men loved each other both physically and emotionally. And David says on the death of Jonathan, "I grieve for you, Jonathan my brother, you were very dear to me. Your love for me was wonderful, more wonderful than that of women." (2 Samuel 1:26, NIV). God has made us in his image which includes everyone. Homosexuality is a gift from God just as heterosexuality is. God's love is all inclusive, unconditional. Mr. Cameron speaks of a conditional love which is not in the character of God who has created us in his own image, homosexual or heterosexual.

  61. 61

Never ceases to amaze me how many righteous zealot pinheads line up to bully & bash other people to death with their man written & interepted "Bible", you people need to free your self from the pack of sheep, who bleet [repeat] the same old tired matras! Let history be the ultimate judge on whos freedom & liberties you so willing trampled! Keep your religous [mental illness] to yourself & stop being BULLIES!

  62. 62

Re: @v@ – I don't "fear" their sexuality? I don't fear lying? I don't fear killing (btw there are murderers who do it because it "just feels right"). But I do fear God because the beginning of wisdom is the fear and reverence of God and HIS judgements, which BTW are explicitly in HIS word. Pick up a bible and read it sometimes and please don't guess at what it means and says? At least I'm basing my beliefs on "something". All you people who say you believe in this or that (and ergo it's right)? What are you basing that on? Why is that basis right? and don't go on about scientific data on homosexuality being proven because I can throw files upon files at you debating the opposite. The 4 homosexuals I know all admitted they were assaulted or "experimented with" at a very pivotal age and they found to "like"…leaving them very confused about their sexuality. Two removed themselves from the lifestyle (became Christians, gasp) and the other two are customers of mine and they are married. Except they don't act married because they have orgies at their house that last days on end. They love to joke about it and give me explicit details because they know I'm a Christian and they take joy in grossing me out with their crude behavior (truth)…

  63. 63

I bet Kirk had the SH*T f*cked outa him back in the day when he was famous on that crap t.v. show…likley a producer, writer…even camera guy ! Regardless……He has the right to his opinion……even if it may be misguided…..it is his world, and his beliefs ….WHO are we to judge ? He is not like that HoHan girl, Demi Whore, etc…He is not spreading S.T.D.s, drugs…etc. …….So, live and let live….But, hopefully, he will see the light someday, and realize love is love ….

  64. 64

Re: jenn_mu – Being against gay marriage is a classic example of bigotry. It may be more accepted than racism (for some reason) but it is still bigotry none the less. If you are against gay rights, that's your issue, but don't come here acting like your intolerance of homosexuality is not a form a bigotry. If you're going to actively condemn homosexuality, you have to accept what you are- a bigot. You're delusional if you think otherwise.

  65. 65

Saying "Gays are going to be the downfall of mankind!" I think straight religious zealots are doing a pretty fine job of doing just that, by themselves! Starting wars at every opportunity, in the name of religion!

  66. 66

He was working in HollyWood during the late 80s and early 90s…the THINGS he must have seen and been exposed to ! ! ….and even dabbled in ! Again, he is entitled to his own opinion…hopefully, he would give his kids the ability to make up their own minds regarding social issues……Chances are, one of those six kids is a 'mo, and, they will have a difficult time of it, what with his very strong opinions….Love is love…And, God loves all…Buddah, Allah, and others, too ! ;)

  67. 67

Re: Reductive – It's interesting you say this (let history be the judge) because every sexually promiscuous nation where you had a breakdown in the Judeo-Christian structure of a family (one man, one woman raising children) has fallen. Rome is an excellent example. BTW how is Kurt or myself being a bully? I didn't call anybody any names here? I'm simply stating my views. Views that you disagree with and that's okay because I don't feel threatened or fearful?

  68. 68

This is crap! Jesus never spoke about homosexuality. That tells you how important it was to Him. But He did tells us to love. It is not our place to judge others. That is God's job. I am a Christian and I am ashamed of how some self-proclaimed Christians represent the teachings of Christ. Please remember that when you hear someone spewing hate in the the name of God. They are WRONG!

  69. 69

He still looks pretty hot, no ? Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr Me do him in a New York minute……every which way..'specially tea bagg'n it…him, and that John Ham guy ! Grrrr three-way ! Grrrrrrrrr Is it getting hot in here ? PRAISE THE LORD !

  70. 70

Forgive me Lord, for I have SINNED !1 It is allright IF you pray afterwards ! ;) No..really ! That way, you can do ANYTHING ! PRAISE THE LORD ! Guilt-free dirt-ee-ness ! Love it !

  71. 71

Re: Zoss – David craved and bedded Basheba? If he was a homosexual how can that be? Plus he had many wives. The bible is explicit about David's sin and sexuality and it wasn't with screwing men. Read:Leviticus 20:13
If there is a man who lies with a male as those who lie with a woman, both of them have committed a detestable act; they shall surely be put to death. Their bloodguiltiness is upon them.
Read all of Leviticus and how God feels about Immorality. Jesus talks about the GOD of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob GOD THE FATHER in which HE is one. Jesus does not contradict the FATHER.

  72. 72

You're peddling hate which is what your kind do day after day. Take a look in the mirror if you want to see pure rottenness Mario.

  73. 73

Funny ….. He worked in an environment that is TEAMING with Homosexuals…I mean, the entertainment industry is where gays have always felt comfortable…he worked with them on a daily basis…you would think he would be more accepting ……He saw that they were not evil, vile creatures…wonder what happened ? Did not the actor who portrayed his younger brother come out as a 'Mo ?

  74. 74

    You don't suppose Alan Thick .. ? ! NAHHH…WOULD he have … ?

  75. 75

In the new testament please read: Romans 1:26-28 (please read the whole chapter for further clarification)..
    New American Standard Bible (NASB)
26 For this reason God gave them over to degrading passions; for their women exchanged the natural function for that which is [a]unnatural, 27 and in the same way also the men abandoned the natural function of the woman and burned in their desire toward one another, men with men committing [b]indecent acts and receiving in [c]their own persons the due penalty of their error.

  76. 76

Funny how you never place ads in front of the videos the play to your gay agenda.

  77. 77

    Re: Jrkface – LOL

  78. 78

It's funny how Perez says Kirk has "hatred for those who are differant". Perez has differant beliefs than Kirk. Kirk has differant beliefs than Perez. We all know this is true. What's the point of both calling each other haters? Everyone is entitled to their own beliefs and ideas. Perez calling Kirk out on his beliefs is just as much of a BIGOT as anyone. If you really wanted to prove yourself as the "higher man" you would just keep your hateful comments to yourself.

  79. 79

Piers Morgan is so annoying…can't stand him…..boring old Fat F*CK ! Always brings himself up in interviews…I hear his show is TOAST by July ! Just not getting the ratings … Good riddance !

  80. 80

You have xtremes in HollyWood…the Holy Rollers…and, the tramps like HoHan Demi Whore, Kate Hudson, Fergie, Paris Whoreton, The Olsen Twins, …girls who sleep around like crazy, do drugs, etc. ……. Very few in the middle…..

  81. 81

SO glad he stood up for what he believed in. It is NOT natural for a man to be attracted to a man, or for a woman to be attracted to a woman. Just because you "feel" that way, doesn't make it right. Way to go, Kirk.

  82. 82

    Re: rosebud99 – Sodom.

I love the way all you fruits call him a hater and a bigot, then turn around and spew hatred toward him and criticize Christian beliefs. You're no different.

Re: pastxmas – Historical fact? I'm sorry which part of what he said was historical? Or fact? If you are referring to anything from the bible he referenced or even God - sorry to burst your bubble but there's nothing historical or fact about that….

  85. 85

He has probably had so many guys who have wanted to blow him from the time he played Mike Seaver that he became completely homophobic. Back in the 80s, I would say that every d-sucker with a tv would have lined up to suck him off. No kidding. MORE than would ever blow Beiber today, kids. Which, as we all know, only comes to those who fear their own inner temptations. I feel bad for Kirk because he's trapped in his own limitations. But he can "believe" anything he likes. I don't know why he's on CNN other than the fact that he's drawn to the tv cameras. If he's wishing to preach about sexuality, he ought to really start with the majority of sinners sexually who happen to be heterosexuals by a landslide - and then move on to the smaller demographic political hot buttons. (DID I SAY POLITICAL)???!!

Re: Mad Dog – Honey if you are using Sodom as the city that was burnt by God due to homosexual behavior you are failing since God doesn't exist. Srsly if you are gonna use an example make it a factual one and not one that was written by some crackhead two thousand years ago k,k…..

Re: stamina – Appreciate your reply. Did you read the whole comment thread? Read my comments. #35, #43, Jason's@#19, #46 in particular. I've read and reread and academically studied the bible, new testament and old, plus the entirety of books of many other faiths.
Equating sexuality with killing is as big an academic stretch as equating murderers with homosexuals, just saying. No sale. As far as some gays having defining incidents, I'm sure there could be some. The gays I've spoken to aren't gays because it's some kind of self indulgent feels right thing. Don't you think they'd have chosen the easier path of heterosexuality without the intolerance and hatred if they could? They were born that way.

Hey Folks - People are entitled to their opinion even if you do not agree with it. What else did you expect from an uber-religious type? Then why are you getting your panties in a twist about it? GLAAD is not GOD. Nor do they have the right to require that people think the way they do - that includes you Mario.

If you asked an Amish farmer if radio was sinful, he say yes, if you asked an Orthodox Jew to eat bacon, he'd say no. Leave the man alone, this country still has freedom of religion.

Re: stamina – Judeo Christian family structures did, do, can and will exist regardless. Gays don't kill the nuclear family. They want to be able to marry, adopt parentless orphans or sire their own families. In wolf packs, gay wolves act as uncles and babysit pups while the male/female couple goes off on their food gathering rounds. They support each other and everyone has their purpose. If they drove off the gay uncle because he was different, they couldn't care for their pups AND gather food for the pack. If gays don't reproduce naturally, it would stand to reason that they would have been bred out of the population by now. It's chromosomal, and the numbers stay relatively the same.

Well it is very sad, I think he really wants to believe what he is saying, unfortunately he comes off as saying things that I think other people have used in the past in regards to these questions. I also think his coming forward and speaking on these issues means he is really in need of work and he chose to use homosexuals as his rise to whatever stardom he is looking for. He has not amounted to much in his life before this and I seriously doubt he will after this interview. I also feel sad for his kids, cause their father really is gay, any gay person can see this in him. Gaydar exist for a reason, and as the rest of homosexuals have, he is going to need some time to come to terms with it. Hopefully when he does come out he will have not burned all his bridges.

What a shocker. A "Christian" is prudish, undereducated, and judgmental. I am blown away.

  92. 92

You show a lot of immaturity in your comments. I don't even know if you're gonna read this but as much as I support gay marriage I belive that people are entitled to their opinion. He is certainly not subing his believes down your throat so just let him be. You complain so much that people don't let you be free but it is the same crap you're doing. So sad.

Re: SpyderLee – but the opinions of people like him are the reason there is civil inequality. Everyone is entitled to their opinion but people's opinions shouldn't limit others to second class citizens.

Someone like this should not be allowed to be on television, he shouldn't be given any kind of forum for his bullshit views. People like this make me question humanity every single day.

Mr Cameron was not "spewing" anything he merely was stating his opinion; I for one give him kudos for standing by God and his beliefs, maybe if more people in this country of ours did that instead of trying to be "friends" we wouldn't have half the problems in this country of ours… I am a Christian and it's not the homosexual that I hate, but the sin!
