by the way the skin is red and swollen on the shoulder it looks real… you can see the way the skin is slightly raised where each piece is. the shine could be from just being wiped down after the tattoo artist was finished (wiping away excess ink and the blood). Sure hope he got paid to do that shit…

The glow is from ointment. After the tattoo is completed its wiped down with green soap and water and layered with a thin coat of medical ointment to lock in moisture. It's then either saran wrapped or covered with other bandages.

That said, to the naysayers, its his body. His choice. I do find it funny how up in arms women are going on about that birth control crap and you'll sit there and say "my body my decision" WELL THE SAME FUCKING THING APPLIES TO HIM. It's 2012, tattoos are no longer permanent that can be removed just as easily as they are put on.

According to Star Magazine, David “DJ” Joseph, a man claiming to be LiLo’s former drug dealer, has admitted that he doesn’t believe the actress’ 90-day, court-ordered treatment will make any difference. He said:

“Lindsay still wants to party... But she feels going to rehab saves face in the eyes of the public.”

Well, it was either rehab or prison stripes, so we’re not sure that’s exactly right, DJ. But ok...

He then continued to say that Lindsay has a particular penchant for cocaine, having used it more times than she revealed during her interview with Piers Morgan:
