Mark Consuelos is Spanish - not Italian. Kelly Ripa is 3/4 italian. Get your facts right!!

Re: alleinschmidt – Mark's father was born in spain..his mother was born in italy..those are the correct facts…

Tracker check YOUR facts before you slam someone else. Apparently Mark was born in Spain to an Italian mother and a Mexican father. With this pedigree Perez I would not call him Italian. He's as American as the rest of you.

    OMG! LOL!
Mark is right regardless. Real Italians pronounce those words the way he did.
And…you'll never convince an Italian that anyone from Sicily brought anything Italian anywhere. ;-)

Wait a minute, anyone from Brooklyn knows this IS how Italian-Americans talk in this part of the world. My Italian grandmother (born in the old country) who grew up in Bensonhurst said "sangwitch". I say "sangwitch". People don't need to get upset over this, it's the way it is! The video is funny!

Mark is not Italian. He comes from Mexico as he talks about his family history there all the time. Never heard him mention anyone from Italy. Now this is news.
