While most know him for his work as an actor, Kevin Costner is winning everyone over with his music too!

Kevin's band, Modern West, is quickly gaining more and more fans — he takes care of his new adorers too! Costner believes that even casual come-and-goers can get in on the fun as Modern West's performances are "loosey-goosey" and entertaining.

Modern West is set to go on tour, a small 15 date trek through the states starting this spring. Kevin will also combine his music and acting talents with the upcoming History Channel show, Hatfields & McCoys, which stars Costner with Modern West composing all of the miniseries music.

But that's not all that's on his plate!

Modern West will release a concept album from the music used in the miniseries as well as trying to release another studio album.

On March 28, The Bodyguard will be re-released as well. Costner is interested to see how folks will react to the film now that Whitney Houston is gone.

Looks like Kevin Costner is waaay too busy for spring cleaning this year!

Actually the band has been around for several years and has been very well received around the world. They've already had 3 CDs and played The Grand Ole Opry among other places. The Nashville Tennessean gave them a great review.
