The Situation Showed Clear Signs Of Substance Abuse…ALL Season!

The Sitch Rehab 2

After the announcement yesterday that Jersey Shore’s The Situation had checked into rehab, more details are now emerging.

It seems like Sitch has been in pretty rough shape for a while now, showing CLEAR and obvious signs of substance abuse.

The reality star reportedly hit ROCK BOTTOM in the midst of taping the show’s most recently aired season, with reports of him “acting paranoid” on set and getting worse as the season continued!

In one episode, where the cast members go camping, The Situation is seen exhibiting some bizarre behavior…as well as sweating profusely and just being all-out jittery.

Filming for season sixth of the show begins this summer… but there is still no word on whether or not he'll be healthy enough in time to take part in it.

Cast mates and crew are glad he is getting help and while we are happy he made the decision too, we can't help but wonder why production didn't do the right thing and step in EARLIER.

We guess filming the season was far too important — even if it meant one of the cast mates would end up in rehab!

doesnt surprise me…he partied up in canada and was doing more lines that a zebra has on its back

He needs to stagger out of the closet and quit pretending. No body cares if he is gay or not.

unfortunately this punk will likely not remain clean/sober. three weeks in a celebrity dry out center DOES NOT equal sobriety. He probably will not have the honesty to change EVERYTHING about himself and give up his "life". finally how entertaining does MTV think it would be to have ONE sober person trying to live with that craziness.

Re: raypearson – kind of a sad response. If someone does it on their own then give them the benefit, dont be such a dick.

Reality shows hurt the people involved - 'cast' and crew alike. Cheap and heartless

    Did that include steroids?

how can production step in? or anyone really? he is a grown man. he is going to do what he wants to do. elvis is a classic example. one of his close friends and employees made the statement "you know who's going to get the blame in the end? we will. and we did." red and sonny west wrote the book "elvis, what happened?" as an intervention means to publicize his drug abuse hoping it would embarass him enough to make him stop. as we all know, it was too late. it is impossible to make a drug addict stop using unless the want to. yes, mtv could have fired him, but that isn't going to solve anything.
