Jada Pinkett Smith Gets Wicked With Her Tribute To Hubby Will

| Filed under: Music MinuteLove LineWill SmithJada Pinkett SmithWillow Smith

We know where Willow gets her hairstyles from!

Jada Pinkett Smith dusted off her pipes and paid tribute to her husband Will in her latest music video with her band, Wicked Wisdom.

This song is definitely NOT the usual heavy metal we're used to from her! The song, BURN, comes from her heart and to signify it, the band even changes things up and goes by Wicked Evolution.

Check out the video (above) to see Jada's touching tribute to her husband.

Thoughts? Do U like this more soulful version of Jada?

I disagree with PorshaJo; Real actors/actresses have a range of talents. People used to say Diana Ross couldn't sing without the Supremes, etc.,.and we are reminded JPS was singer before she moved into acting. If this clip proves she couldn't do Broadway effectively( or some musical film- film where the actor has to pass as a singer) then I see why the entertainment industry is in such trouble most of the time.

I might've believed that she could speak spanish had she not been reading her speech from the cue cards to her right. As for her music … *meh*. Next.

YAAWWWN!!!! SOUNDS LIKE A SWAGGER JACK FROM A TON OF BALLADS OVER THE CENTURIES. SKIP THE SINGING AND STAY MANAGING THE KIDS. *SIDE EYE*

there is only one member in that family with any talent

this song sucks and will smith is gay. beard ballad.

The song is a bit intense actually if you listen to some of the lyrics. very sexual. I didn't like her sound. the loud than soft than loud stuff doesn't make it more powerful or special when it's done over and over its actually a bit annoying. she should have left that bit for the last 20 seconds. anyway, no go JPS no go.

the melody is wonderful, could not understand the lyrics. she sound like Mel gibson psycho ex girlfriend.

The whole thing was way too melodramatic for me. Pushing insincere & forced.

She need to work on her diction. I didn't understand a single word she sang. The band was lovely, though.

Wow, so much hate and from a gay website. what is up with that? Sorry folks but I go to a speakeasy jazz club all the time, and they would love Jada! I think her voice is pretty, soulfull, and very inspiring. I am happy for her, and agree with some others that she has a real talent in acting and singing. As for the rest of the family and their talents, well, Will has had made Blockbuster movies and top hit songs, Jaden has done great in Karate Kid, and Willow has sound several top hit songs, not sure what you think shows a person has talent but if they can make millions…well I think that speaks for itself.

Call that singing? Sounds like a bunch of moans with vowels.

LOVELY. That family is FULL of talent.

Haters her this, If you don't like it, don't listen, just move on. Putting negativity out there just reflects back onto you. I don't love everything and everybody, but I save my critical comments for real issues in the world that need to be changed.

Anyway..I was surprised by Jada's jazzy sound. I think she could do a really nice cabaret act with standards. The whole family is talented. It's inspiring to see a loving family supporting each other and having success in acting and music. I wish all of them the best.
