Here it is!!! We know some of U are through the roof right now … especially you Twi-Hards!!!!

Thanks to People Magazine, fans are getting the very first glimpse of Saoirse Ronan and Max Irons in their respected roles as alien-resisting lovers in The Host!!

Saoirse, who plays Melanie (a Wanderer), is featured in a mirror, hinting at the battle between her free will and the alien soul trying to take her over. Good stuff, huh?

But THEN, we see her with Max (as Jared) - both in happier times and in new suspicious moments.

OoOoOoh… dramatic lurve!! Who doesn't love a big ole' dose of that??

Tell us… do U think this is going to be as big as Twilight?

Gonna check this one out for sure when it comes out. Saoirse Ronan is such a fine actress. It's still a shame she wasn't cast as Katniss, she can out-act Jennifer Lawrence any day of the week!

Wow. Now you're skipping over the copying word-for-word stuff and jumping directly to copyright infringement by taking photos of the articles? You are a piece of work. Hopefully you'll end up broke and in jail from this kind of thing

Im not gonna lie, when I first learned of the actors cast, I was extremely skeptical! I still pictured Saorise Ronan from The Lovely Bones. But after seeing these pics, I truly see Melanie/Wanderer! Max Irons is so attractive! Hope he can pull off Jared! Im still iffy on Jake Abel, hes too good as the antagonist in films that I cant imagine him as Ian yet. But Im definitely excited for the movie!! Twilight big? No, one book/film wont garner the fandom as a series would.
