Miss Universe Canada Squashes Transsexual Beauty Queen's Dream!!!

Jenna Talackova

Deplorable! Deplorable on all accounts!!

Miss Universe Canada has disqualified Jenna Talackova for being born a male! Ugh…

Even though she was one of the 65 finalists, the Donald Trump-owned competition cut her out of the running, saying:

She did not meet the requirements to compete despite having stated otherwise on her entry form. We do, however, respect her goals, determination and wish her the best.

But of course, gurl isn't letting this put out her fire! She says of it:

I’m disqualified, however I’m not giving up. I’m not going to just let them disqualify me over discrimination.

GOOD!

Discrimination is soo not beautiful! We're proud of U, Jenna!!!

This person is not a woman, which I'm sure is the #1 requirement to compete. No amount of surgery will ever change that fact.

So what you're saying is my cat will never win best in show at the Westminister Dog Show…damn it Fluffy why were you born this way!

  3. 3

sorry but this doesn't qualify as discrimination……he/she knew the requirements and lied on the entry form

  4. 4

It's not deplorable to have the critter disqualified, Mario. What's deplorable is that he entered a competition for WOMEN. No amount of surgery is going to make him a woman, just as no amount of surgery and testosterone injections will ever make Chastity Bono a man. Transgender individuals can have these things done and their birth certificates changed all they like, but at the end of the day, the DNA will tell the truth. Dude may look like a lady, but he isn't one, and so Trump was right to toss him out of the competition. So STFU, Mario.

  5. 5

Sorry Perez but transexuals have their own pagents that I can't enter. Is that discrimination?

  6. 6

    oh, come on, mario…..seriously?

  7. 7

IT is not a female. Therefore, DISQUALIFICATION!

I love how you insist on changing laws to suit gays. Fuck you and fuck off.

I'm pro gay, always have been but this is ridiculous. I'm so sick of coming on this site and seeing the entire world villinized and made to look like straight people are the freaks.

  8. 8

    shes gorgeous.

  9. 9

She is absolutely stunning, and is all woman. This is horrible that discrimination like this still exists, especially in Canada. I'm actually ashamed of my country right now.

my co-worker's sister-in-law brought in $12369 the prior month. she has been making cash on the internet and bought a $468000 condo. All she did was get fortunate and put in action the directions reported on this link

What's deplorable is that gays like you want special treatment and expect to be exempt from any rules and qualifications just because they're gay. Too bad Mario, this is a guy is a women's pageant, no matter how you spin it. This isn't about equality, it's about ethics, they made the correct decision. Tough shit to you and him.

  12. 12

What part of the rules you don't understand? You need to be a woman, not a Transsexual, how clear is that? You getting redic Perez.

  13. 13

They lied on their form is what I'm reading. A woman would have been disqualified for lying. As for blaming Canada for discrimination, coming from you Perez (an American) that is laughable at best. We are FAR more tolerant up here. This kind of thing is getting ridiculous, and i would go so far as to say you should take this article down to avoid looking more ignorant than you already do. Just sayin :)

Re: nicole24199 – This is NOT a constitutional issue nor is it reflective of progressive policies that Canada has towards all people. Pageants are not government sanctioned events. Miss Canada is a PRIVATE event which is owned and operated by an AMERICAN corporation. If you have a problem with the policies of this AMERICAN corporation, take it up with Donald Trump.

  15. 15

I don't know where I stand on this. I am a firm believer that you can be born in the wrong body; at the end of the day it's just genitals. Is she pre or post op? If she does now have a vag I don't see the problem with her entering. The point is - she is not a tranny. That's what RuPaul's drag race is for. She is a woman; or is becoming one. So - it kinda is discrimination.

  16. 16

To all of you calling her a tranny, you might like to know that she is actually a female. She was born a male and but she had a sex change when she was 19 and is legally female. The reason she was disqualified was not because she is a man, but because the rules state that all contestants must be born female. You would not have ever known she was born a male unless you were told. She already got this far, so why should she be disqualified???

  17. 17

Re: nicole24199 – Her wang says she is not all woman. Canada is ashamed to have you speaking for the country.

  18. 18

Re: Lady Who? – The world is ashamed that you have to ability to speak.

  19. 19

Re: nicole24199 – You answered your own question…she should be disqualified because THE RULES state that contestants MUST be BORN FEMALE….which she was not…….so yeah deserves to be DISQUALIFIED!

  20. 20

Maybe they can get Carrie Prejean to fill in for the tranny.

  21. 21

She's the one in the picture??? I can't believe it, she looks fully female. I'm pro-gay rights and everything, but if you lie on an entry form and get disqualified, that's not discrimination. There could be some flexibility in the rules to allow those who are post-op, but as we can see from many of the posts here, there's still some narrow-minded people who would find any way to block that progress.

  22. 22

    "Deplorable! Deplorable on all accounts" Damn you are so full of SHIT. YOU nor anyone ELSE can argue FACTS. the FACTS ARE;
    a)this is a womens(XX) beauty contest
    b)Jenna has sex chromosome XY
    c)XY defines male
    Jenna is male
Jenna does not qualify for an XX beauty contest

  23. 23

    this isn't a woman??? whoa!

  24. 24

Re: futuremrslabeouf – UM, er, EXACTLY is "narrow minded" about requiring HONESTY!?!? If it every is then I hope that my MIND NEVER BROADENS. You sir are a bigtime DUMBASS. It appears to me that you want SPECIAL treatment for GAY LIARS.

  25. 25

Re: nicole24199Re: nicole24199 – Nicole, it was not our country that disqualified her. It was the Trump organization. And as someone else said, there are transgendered pageants, I'm not allowed to enter them… so shouldn't you be outraged at that discrimination?

  26. 26

    Re: raypearson – ooops
    a) exactly WHAT
    b) ever not every

    SORRY

  27. 27

I'm ashamed of my country right now. I'm guessing she is pre-op, so they did not consider her to be a real "woman". That's just bullshit. If she feels like a woman, and lives as a woman, she should be allowed to enter the pageant.

And all you morons saying that you wouldn't be allowed to enter a transexual pageant and blah blah…You truly don't get how it feels to be marginalized and discriminated against, do you? What is wrong with you ugly, ugly people?

  28. 28

She's gorgeous! More feminine than most women i know. I just wonder how they even KNEW she is male? I doubt any other contestants had to prove they are female by showing a body part. Maybe if she had just not said anything no one would even know.

    29

Jenna Talackova is disturbing and disgusting

  30. 30

Just because HE mutilated his genetals doesn't mean he's a woman. When are you freaks going to realize you will NEVER be accepted by normal thinking people?

  31. 31

Re: mandylove – Amen to that!

  32. 32

those legs and FEET, manly even if it is skinny man.

  33. xxvee says – reply to this

    33

Seriously stfu.. Jenna has been living and known she was a female since she was 4 years old.. She didn't choose to be born a male this and she had the support of all her friends and loved ones… It's not like she woke up one day and thought she wanted to dress a like a woman.. SHE IS LEGALLY FEMALE AND HAD THE SURGERY AT THE LEGAL AGE OF 19.. She is more woman than many "real" females and always had feminent features.. So if she is legally a female shy can't she compete?? That is discrimination and hateful. All of you narrow minded people would never understand how it feels to be born in the wrong body.

  34. 34

I am at a loss of words for her or you PEREZ, to think she had any right in that competition. There is a reason they are called Trannies, and not women, see the difference?

  35. 35

Not like it would have mattered, No offence but I wouldn't want a Transsexual being Miss Universe.. call me whatever u want, but it is a pageant for women, not men who want to be women, go on Ru Pauls Drag race… be a queen over there

  36. 36

Had she not lied on her application, I would fully support her. However she LIED and can be disqualified fair and square.

  37. 37

Fuck all of you who are hating on Canada.
Gays can get married ANYWHERE in the country, and we were one of the first countries in the WORLD to legalize gay marriage. Canada is one of the most gay-loving countries out there, and that's why I am proud to be a part of it.

I'd be ASHAMED to live in a country that denies the marriage of two loving people, regardless of gender *cough* America *cough*.

  38. @v@ says – reply to this

    38

I wonder what those 'requirements to compete' are.
She must be disappointed. It's one to lose fair and square, and yet another to not be allowed to compete at all. She's really pretty.

  39. RB7 says – reply to this

    39

You people are clearly either bigoted, ignorant or just plain stupid. If any of you had bothered to do the minimal amount of research on this matter you would have found that The Miss Canada Universe application only has two requirements: the contestant must be a Canadian citizen and has to be over 18 but under 27. It is not Jenna Talackova's fault that they did not initially clarify further requirements for this competition (technically a 19 year old Canadian man would meet the criteria). Therefore disqualifying her for being transgender IS discrimination.

  40. 40

It's not a matter of discrimination. If it's a requirement that the contestant is born a woman and she lied, then it's not discrimination. I'm all for following your dreams but do it within the guidelines.

  41. 41

    you mean QUASHES not squashes.

  42. 42

It's a damn B E A U T Y contest, she's gorgeous and probably would've made it far in the competition, and I'm sure all these guys commenting on here would've slept with her if they were never informed. I mean you guys are gay enough to be on "Perez posse", right? :-*

  43. 43

lol good one NeonDream! True, it is a BEAUTY contest, would it be discrimination if ugly chicks or fat chicks were disqualified? Miss USA contest states clearly in the rules that a contestant must be a 'natural born woman', but the Miss Universe contest does not stipulate this. If it wasn't in their rules to begin with, its not fair to disqualify her for it after they find out. Im not sure how she lied on her application if the question was never even asked. She may have been born male, but she is female now. All the power to her! Who really cares, this contest is getting more attention this year than it ever has, all over a transgender entry!!
