Ex-Korn Drummer Booked For DUI

David Silveria, the former and original drummer for Korn, was arrested and charged for DUI in Huntington Beach, CA this weekend.
According to the police aka the fuzz aka the five ohh, Silveria was arrested at 10:45 am on Sunday. The reason why the police pulled him over is still unclear, but it probably had something to do with the fact he was driving while drunk.
Silveria, who played for Korn from 1996 to 2003, had returned to the music industry after a five year sabbath and recently announced he joined a new band called INFINIKA.
Silveria was still too hung over for any comment.
