not her best vocal performance, but that's a fucking hard song to sing. she doesn't get to breathe! then again, i guess we're just so used to her sounding immaculate.
I absolutely am a fan of her music and her talent. It's so nice to see an artist who can actually sing and does so live!!

This is by far her worst vocal performance I've heard to date. However, I watched the whole show, and it was extremely obvious they were having sound issues. People who are ALWAYS perfectly on pitch(like Carrie) struggled last night. She was still good, but not her usual standards. Rascal Flatts, Miranda Lambert and others all kept messing with their in ear monitors so I'm wondering if they couldn't hear themselves. One guy(I forget who, maybe Blake or Jake) even pulled his out shortly after starting their performance started. Its still amazing that Carrie's worst is better than a lot of peoples best performances.

A person working as performance coordinator confirmed that there were all sorts on technically issues throughout the night. Carrie's mic was not working properly. Carrie's vocals are ALWAYS spot on perfect. This performance was better than mosts very best. It rocked and she werked it! Her tour and new album are gona blow the roof.

I too thought the sound was off and if you listen to Martina McBride sing her song, she was off key. Which is highly unusual. GG is a tough song for any artist to sing. Go on YouTube and listen to her sing it live at smaller venues. It is perfect.
