Brooke Mueller's Rehab Lawsuit Is Going To Trial!
Well. It's nice to see her on the OTHER side of the law!
As we reported back in 2011, Brooke Mueller pressed charges against The Canyon at Peace Park, the rehab facility at which she was treated in February of 2010, for intrusion into private affairs and violating her constitutional rights to privacy as well as fraud, negligent hiring, negligent supervision and infliction of emotional distress, as she asserts that staffers there leaked information about her stay there to the press!
Well, apparently, there's some validity to this, because a judge has officially set their trial date for January 9th, 2013, and both parties will be speaking to a mediator soon!
Brooke's attorney, Allie Weinstein, says:
"We are thrilled with the judge's decision. We obviously look forward to going to trial."
Wonder if this is the first time Brooke has ever felt this way! Ha!
But she should - especially if they really violated her confidentiality!
Not cool!
