Boy George Nearly Lost An Eye Outside Of A Club In England
Ouch! That looks like it hurt!
While leaving a North Yorkshire England club on Saturday night, Boy George took a serious beating poking to his right eye. A drunken female reportedly "lunged for his hat," but accidentally shoved her finger in his eye by mistake, as a spokesman for the venue explained:
"George was leaving the club when, the club management have said, a drunken and aggressive woman lunged for his hat - and in doing so hit him in the eye."
The former Culture Club frontman posted a pic (above) displaying the consequences of the obnoxious woman's actions and wrote:
"Looking pretty after being assaulted on Saturday night! Nice!"
In a tweet explaining how the scuffle went down, George described the situation by saying, "Someone pulled off my hat and in the struggle to get it back I got poked in the eye!"
Sounds like a rough night, but he's not pressing charges and seems to be in good spirits, so wish him speedy recovery!

He was DJ'ing at the club not 'going to the club'! He's one of the world's top DJs as well as still being a singer/artist in his own right.
