As we've reported, Britney Spears and Simon Cowell have been in serious negotiations over the past few months regarding the Pop Princess potentially taking a seat on the judging panel of X Factor for its second season, and now, sources close to production have revealed that due to a major breakthrough this weekend, during which "major deal points" were agreed upon, the two sides are now in the FINAL STRETCH of ironing out the deets.
WHICH MEANS BRIT BRIT IS ALMOST A 100% CERTAINTY FOR THE NEXT SEASON!!!!

According to insiders, Brit's salary will near the $15 million range, and now that she's pretty much set to appear, producers will now begin the search for the last vacant seat on the judges table!

its amazing how britney and xtina's career have been similar but xtina is very wells spoken on the voice and is the main coach. She is an authority to critque and coach someone. I am not sure if Brit has it in her. Sorry Simon, this trick to compete with the Voice is gonna backfire.
