Michael Seewald took to the internet to call Josh out for being a huge hypocrite, writing:
Yikes! He continued to say that Josh essentially dragged God's name through the mud:

Parting is such sweet sorrow!
And some of the stars from The Hunger Games are now in mourning upon learning the news of director Gary Ross's resignation.
Dayo Okeniyi (Thresh): I'm heartbroken. He was the perfect person for me for the first movie, because he has this great ability to do the indie thing with the blockbuster thing and I think everybody wants that combination.
Jacqueline Emerson (Foxface): That makes me so sad. I'm sorry, I can't move on yet. I'm still in mourning. I don't know that anyone else could bring it to life the way that he did.
Alexander Ludwig (Cato): One thing about Gary is, he can do everyone's job better than you can. It's an honor working with such a talented director. He is an unbelievable guy and an actor's director, which is amazing. Nobody could really do what Gary did. I honestly believe that 100 percent.
Dayo even suggested David Fincher and Darren Aronofsky for Catching Fire… which trust us, would be totally ah-may-zing! But… we're not placing any bets on either of those ideas happening!
