The B—- In Apartment 23 Got B—-ed Out By A Fight Attendant In The Air!

krysten ritter yelled at by flight attendant

WHAT is going on with airline personel these days?

Kryster Ritter, who just premiered her new show Don't Trust The B—- In Apartment 23 this week, was apparently harrassed by a male flight attendant while flying from NYC to LA on United - and all over a seatbelt!

According to witnesses, the flight was experiencing some turbulence, and the actress stood up while "fasten seatbelt" sign was on! Immediately, the flight attendant in question approached her and yelled at her to sit back down - so aggressively that she was on the verge of tears!

And clearly, she was NOT in the wrong, because one the supervising attendant heard what happened, she approached Krysten, apologized for her co-worker being out of line, and assured her that disciplinary action would be taken!

Good! Poor thing probably just made an honest mistake!

And regardless, there is NO excuse to treat someone like that - ESPECIALLY to a passenger traveling on an airline with which you are employed!

We seriously hope he will be reprimanded properly! She deserves an apology letter!

Wow overreaction much? On both sides…what the flight attendant was saying made her totally in the right, but how she said it I suppose made her look like the "bully." Though the actress is sexy I think, she needs to buck up and follow the rules which are in place for a reason (getting out of your seat when the plane is grounded is one thing, but in this context makes it kind of stupid on her end) since it was mid-air. Quit whining to the press, life goes on and stop over-dramatizing. Though this is Perez Hilton/Hollywood so that's like telling water not to be wet.

And the starlet needs a good smack for standing up when her stupid ASS should have been in her seat and wearing her belt. The rules apply to her, too, and I get tired of these semi-famous acting like we're all suppose to either bow down or overlook their ignorant behavior. And YOU, Perez, should have a hard kick in your teeny peen for failing to advocate following safety rules. But you are a retard, and you'll take this chick's side in the hopes she'll validate your pointless existence by letting you do one of your awful interviews with her. Nobody should ever be that desperate.

Maybe you should actually find out what flight attendants put up with. Pilots and attendants used to be respected, not anymore. They are harassed and abused by passengers. Attendants make little money, they are not paid if a flight is delayed or cancelled, Pilots have had their salaries and spending allowances cut. The recent videos in the news showing their breakdowns should tell you the stress they are under. You're quick to make a judgment in this case because some pampered actress got put in her place. Do you ever have a clue?

Re: Lady Who? – No one's respected anymore … our culture has turned to constant bashing, trashing, hating and dissing at anyone, anytime over anything. Sad, actually.

Are you people serious? We've all gotten up when the damn light is on, you gotta pee than you gotta pee, I mean seriously? I'm tired of bitchy flight attendants, what happened to the days of Pan Am!

F*CK OFF!!! "That mean flight attendant told me to sit down and buckle up… boo hoo…" F*ck you!!! Stupid b*tch…

Re: Meggie246524 – This is true but there are certain people who don't deserve respect.

  10. 10

nobody owes this dumb bitch and apology! rules are rules and some for very good reasons. she is going to come across like a self entitled asshole which will affect peoples opinions of her and consequently that of the show she is on. and calvin, i totally agree with you, ny princess is an idiot!

This has nothing to do with Kristen Ritter, but why do you kiss celebrity's butt so much? Ever since stars began to not hate you, you've been extremely nice(almost to the point of patronizing) to these people. You continually call them goddesses and queens and it's overkill. They don't put you on pedastal ( they barely even think about you) so you should chill out.

  12. 12

Perez, you're such a hypocrite! Did you write an apology letter to everyone you talked shit about/were rude to on your site? I highly doubt it.

an honest mistake? it was severe turbulence and people should look above them to see if the seatbelt sign is on… especially since the pilots told the flight attendants to be seated… she is not exempt. sorry, when the plane is shaking, it probably means you don't want to be up. i am a flight attendant who was out for 4 months from hitting my head on the ceiling and a drink cart. turbulence can fuck you up!!

Re: Meggie246524 – And that is the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth!

I feel like with the internet age, everyone feels they have a platform to spew bullshit and bitch and whine and hate, hate, hate all in the safety of their own homes behind their computer screens. It seems as though people get off on being disrespectful and hating everyone for any little thing these days.

  15. 15

I have been on some flights where the pilot turned on the seatbelt siign for the vast majority of the flight. If it is light CAT then I will take a walk and go to the bathroom when needed. Not everyone can hold it, especially if you are older like I am.

I've been on planes in which the seatbelt sign is on but no one notices because everyone's sleeping or because "turbulence" is applied loosely. I've seen also seen several people being told to sit down…I've never seen anyone get yelled at, but I'll give the attendant the benefit of the doubt that it was just a bad day.

  17. 17

She put herself and those around her in danger by standing up when the seatbelt sign was on. I saw someone knocked out during turbulence by hitting their head on the overhead locker….. The flight attendant was doing their job and maybe the delivery was a little harsh but so what. boo hoo hoo. Perez stop climbing up the arse of celebs and don't be scared to call out bad behaviour (and not just in the ones you don't like).

  18. 18

I love how everyone ASSUMES that she did this because she thinks she's a "pampered celebrity". She probably didn't go and whine about it to anyone….someone who works on the plane or another passenger probably went and blabbed about it because they recognized her. Not all celebs think they deserve special treatment. She's actually a very nice girl.

  19. 19

She was going to cry over that? All she had to do was sit down. Who cares?

  20. 20

  21. 21

Perez, you are totally over re-acting. lol
They don't need to write a letter of apology, that's ridiculous.
She is ridiculous for even talking out loud about this nothing ordeal.

  22. 22

fuck u bitch u put ev eryones lives at risk when u stand ur sorry ass up when the seat belt sign is on its for safety and YOUR NOT SPECIAL I THINK she prob just did it on purpose to get attention

  23. 23

    Re: TripleThreat86 – HAHAHAHA

  24. 24

that's so fucking retarded, Perez! the flight attendant needs to do anything he can in order to put the fucking passengers on their seat! during a turbulence, a plane can drop 100 feet in altitude in a second, throwing the passenger up and down in the plane, possibly seriously injuring or killing a passenger! fuck her! the flight attendant actually owes her a fucking punch in the face!

  25. Lola says – reply to this

As a flight attendant, I would like to tell you Perez that you've just made my job even harder. We are held liable should a passenger disobey safety signs and we have not warned them. Our main concern is safety, not waiting on passengers hand and foot. The pan am days fled with the start up of regional flying and charters and people who wear pajamas on the plane. Furthermore we are the ones who have to deal with injured passengers who don't follow the rules. So pardon me if I want to protect your obnoxious self righteous behind from injury, and protect myself and my airline from being sued by you after you've hurt yourself

Re: NY princess – Flight Attendants are required by law to enforce Federal regulations. Don't shoot the messenger. If your out of your seat when the seatbelt sign is on then you are breaking the law. It's very simple. Now, it would be an ideal world if the crew enforced the law in the most coddling way possible, but after the 32nd person that day to break an FAA law, the crew member might be a little testy - they are only human.
