As we posted earlier today, Amanda Bynes was spotted in a THIRD sticky vehicle situation Sunday, so it seems obvious to US that this girl has issues that prevent her form properly driving a car…and perhaps those should be dealt with before someone gets SERIOUSLY hurt?!
