Fifty Shades Of Grey Writer Gives An Interview!

We're shocked to see how humble E.L. James is in real life!

Despite the eroticism of her book Fifty Shades Of Grey, the millions of readers, and movie deal (how will they get that one down to PG-13??) — she is a very quiet and charming woman who calls the book her "midlife crisis."

She even admits that she's not a very good writer!

Must be doin' something right, gurl!

It's a fascinating interview into the mind of an over-night success, so check it out (above)!

I read this book and even though the author was inspired by the Twi characters I did not see any resemblance to them except ana bites her lip. Come on people Bella is not the only character in literature who bites her lip!

I read this story when it was actually posted on Fan fiction.net as a story and the characters were named edward and bella! Its pretty neat to see something i read as an online story turned into a book!!

I read all three of the books and loved them! I think this has to be my favorite book series. I also didn't see any resemblance to Twilight except that Bella and Anastasia have the same hair color.

I'm glad I'm one of the few peeps that have this story in pdf with the 'original' characters IT WAS INTENDED FOR. Bella and Edward. It was a story that made my eyes do this wirly thingy, definitely not to EVER be read twice. In other words…

    Fucking junk.

Seriously people!!! This trilogy is an absolute joke. The writing is terrible, the characters extremely unlikeable. I almost wanted her to bite her lips one more time that she would bleed to death. I simply do not understand why this trash is being given so much hype!! A little bit of sex and everyone falls over themselves in excitement. By the way E. L. James learn to write you're own books.

I absolutely LOVED the books! Yes, it wasn't the most challenging read but come on Christian Grey is irresistible! I think the only similarity with Twilight was the interest Grey had with Anastasia from the very beginning. People need to lighten up and simply enjoy a book with out nitpicking it. I definitely have zero complaints from my husband after reading this…

this book is meant to be a fantasy and it also incorporates aspects that people struggle with in their own relationships, so overall its a fun read. This type of reading is not for everyone, i see why some people may find it "annoying" or corny at times, personally i just ignored those corny parts and enjoyed the story.

she didn't had a lot to think because its Edward and Bella and it's sad that she can not admit it….nobody would talk about it otherwise
