Alec Baldwin Is Thinking About Going The Politics Route … Again!

First, Kim announced her plans to run for mayor.

Now, Alec Baldwin has hinted he might want to become a politician, as well.

Baldwin said Tuesday that he is considering entering politics after his contract expires on the show 30 Rock.

Baldwin, a Democrat, said running for office is something he’d “love to do.”

Baldwin says:

"Well I have a contract with NBC to work for them through some point in 2013 … right now I'm just looking at what's in front of me and finishing that. And then, it is something that I would love to do … Let's see what things are like in 2014 and maybe I can find some opportunity.”

Hey, that’s not a bad idea!!! Lots of actors have turned into wonderful politicians.

Ronald Reagan, Al Franken, the list goes on and on.

The only thing Baldwin might want to watch are his risqué comments.

Otherwise we say go and run your heart out, Mr. Baldwin!!!

In many parts of the country his demeanor (hot/cold temper) wouldn't work…NYC, NYC-Jersy area it might work…
