Condos like that are nothing but glorified apartments. Lauren had a nice pad in the Hollywood Hills where she had her own pool and such and didn't have to worry about hearing the footsteps of people above her or walking lightly for the people below her. I live in a house now and no way could I see myself going back to living in a building. I don't know how she did it. Seems like a few steps backwards from what she had.

i'd imagine that since she's in the penthouse, she doesn't need to worry about people above her. Also, she was worried about security according to an article i read elsewhere days ago. Maybe she got tired of paying to keep the yard up?

Looks nice….I wonder how much she is worth still…she seems pretty level headed like she would save her money, etc…And I mean she still has income I'm sure, but not as much as she used to. I imagine it must be hard going from being so famous and busy with the hills to not really doing much in the industry…but she doesnt have any REAL/stand out talents like a voice, or acting chops or etc…but hey good for her, she's doing her thang, she's classy/beautiful!

Oh boy. To pay that much for an apartment is beyond me and it's really ugly. Looks like it came right out of the 80's. Old and out of date. Whoever sold her that place could sell ice to Eskimos. You walk through hallways in apartment buildings and you can smell all of the crap that people are cooking. Awful smells. Oh, that's right, people in California don't eat anything but salad. You don't cook lettuce.

It is beautiful. Love the kitchen and decor. The big tub is great. I love apartment/condo/townhouse living. I like the coziness of having people right around me. There is something comforting about knowing there is someone on the other side of the wall or down the hall. Even if you don't really know them.
