So sad. As soon as I saw this pic, I heard "Men At Work" in my mind and remembered wondering what a vegemite sandwich was.

Men at Work was a fun band. They didn't take themselves seriously. Some were admitted heavy users of powdery white stuff. I hope that that this wasn't the case.

Re: raypearson – What do you expect from Mario? This is fluff entertainment sponsored by networks and agencies. Why do you think this site is still up with such a significant drop in users? Also brought to you by special interest groups…kind of like how the legislature and potus work.

If you're looking for Levon Helm worship–you click on the wrong link asshole. This page is abou Greg Ham, a multi talented instrumentalist, songwriter, Grammy Award winner and teacher-oh and by the way actually had some international # 1 charting songs. Show some respect.

Re: raypearson – Actually, Men At Work were an incredibly tight band both live and in the studio. Half-ass(ed) songs? Levon Helm never wrote or recorded anything as amazing as "Overkill".

rapearson, take your fucking no-name levon helm and shove him up your ass. Men at Work was known and played in far corners of the earth. Their self-titled album and "Cargo" will put your tin ears to shame. Levon who? Who gives a shit? So sad Greg Ham passed away. So, go troll the Helm sites and come back when you acquire real taste of good music, prick.

Re: raypearson – There was an article on Yahoo about Levon Helm's (whoever that is) death. I know who Men At Work are. Watch your language and go to church. You should be ashamed, taking God's name in vain.

It's really not an either/or situation. Levon's heyday was 1968 into the 70s, before many of you were born. The Band was so good that people like George Harrison and Clapton (other good ol rockers, trust me) wanted to play with them. These originators of Americana were an antidote for the prog-rock excesses of the time. Men at Work were also good. I enjoyed seeing them on MTV in the 80s. Definitely inventive and original.
