Let's just make this official. Last week we told you Bill O'Reilly was negotiating a new contract with Fox News that would extend his presence on the network through 2016.
Now he has and will continue to anchor The O'Reilly Factor, the number one
opinion news show during the 8pm time slot. We can't forsee the conservative network ever letting go of their favorite personality either, especially since CEO Roger Ailes had such nice things to say about him:
“Bill’s immense talent, intellect and raw convictions are an extremely rare combination in television and exemplify why The O’Reilly Factor has been the number one program in cable news for more than a decade.”
O'Reilly is happy to stay exactly where he is too and added that he's had fun "exposing the corruption across the nation."
