Left Eye Died Ten Years Ago Today! TLC Remembers…
And it's still just as sad as it was the day we found out!!
April 25, 2012 officially marks ten years since Lisa "Left Eye" Lopes died in that tragic car accident when she lost control and flipped her SUV over into a ditch.
TLC brought so much magic to the music industry. They REALLY helped define their generation, and things will never be the same without Left Eye!!
The word anniversary means a celebration. For us her death will never be a celebration, it’s still something that hurts.
Chilli remembers her by saying:
Lisa is our sister. You never get over losing a family member. We love her and we miss her and that isn’t ever going to change.
So to celebrate Lisa's life and the life of TLC, Chilli and T-Boz will executive-produce a biopic for VH1 about the band's story, a brand new album, and a tour!!
The memories of Lisa should always be rejoiced, so let the celebration begin!!!
