Busy Philipps Wants Her Bestie Michelle Williams To Come To Cougar Town!

Oh, come on!

Who knows if we'll ever get a Dawson's Creek reunion, but this could be an awesome opportunity to AT LEAST have a small one!

Michelle Williams and Busy Philipps have been friends since they co-starred together on the WB drama as Jen Lindley and Audrey Liddell back in the day, and apparently, the latter has been trying to get her bestie on her current show, Cougar Town…but the show creator may have missed his opportunity!

She explains:

"This is not a joke—we can give [Cougar Town cocreator] Bill Lawrence all the s–t we want for it. At the beginning of the show, in the first season, I told him, 'My friend Michelle Williams wants to guest star on the show.' And he's like, 'Yeah, yeah, yeah.' And they never did anything with it! And then she was nominated for her third Academy Award and they're like, 'Hey, maybe one of your friends would wanna…?' I said, 'I told you season one that she would do it! You lost her now to the third Academy Award nomination.' It would be great. I want her to play my bookish sister who hates me."

Oh man! That would just be FANTASTIC!

And anyone who has seen the movie Dick knows just how good Michelle Williams is at comedy!

But seriously! Busy, James Van Der Beek, and Joshua Jackson are ALL on TV shows!

WHY haven't the Creek kids all been reunited on one of them yet?!

Everyone has said that they are down!

Make this happen, guys! PLEASE!
