As we've been discussing, Jennifer Hudson has been present for the trial of William Balfour, who is charged in the murders of J-Hud's mother, brother, and nephew.
While Jennifer has been as strong as she can be, she stepped out of the courtroom Wednesday as a witness presented gruesome photos of her seven-year-old nephew.
After she exited the room, her fiance David Ortuga stayed behind as a retired medical examiner identified the photos displaying gunshot wounds to Julian King's head.
Oh wow. We're so happy she has him in her life!! He's such a protector… in more ways than one!
