Lane Garrison CHARGED With Domestic Violence

It's been a few days coming and the video evidence was a little fuzzy, but the El Lay District Attorney has formally charged Lane Garrison with misdemeanor domestic violence.

Although he swears he did not slap his ex-girlfriend, Ashley Mattingly, the authorities determined the video evidence said differently. Plus, we heard a witness stepped forward, so it sounds like Mr. Garrison is in some serious trouble.

Since he is on parole, the actor is being held without bail and faces up to one year behind bars if he's found guilty.

If the alleged witness saw what we saw go down on that surveillance footage, we'd say there is a good chance that he's saying goodbye to his freedom for a little while.
