Things are getting dirrty on The Voice!
We've all been watching Christina Aguilera as she seemingly sways back and forth with her opinion of former Mouseketeer Tony Lucca.
At first she seemed to really dig the man's talent, but then she called him out for Justin Timberlake's promotional voting tweets!
When she questioned it on the show, the comments seemed like she was just trying to bring attention to a potentially unfair advantage someone had on another team.
But the "critiques" just keep on coming! And with so many of them directed at Tony, people are beginning to believe she might hold a grudge over something. Including Tony!!
He recently vented:
I don’t think I’d be here right now if I had picked Christina [as my mentor]. It seems she's harboring some legitimate and hardcore resentment that I didn't figure. She made some very critical, important decisions during the course of the season that surprised a lot of people. I don’t know if what we're seeing now is about a backlash for not picking her or maybe something older and deeper seeded. I don’t know. It’s weird.
Even one of Christina's team members, Chris Mann, weighed in on the issue.
Supporting Tony, he said:
He doesn't need the controversy. He's not here for any reason other than he really deserves to be.
Hmm… We wonder what could be happening here…
Does Xtina really care that much to begrudge someone over something from her tween days?? Or is she just upset JT probably won him some free votes??
If that's the case, it's a shame Tony has to suffer the consequences. But hey! He signed up for show business after all. This could be a really great learning lesson for him.
Also, Christina might be thinking she's taking up for the underdog - the contestants without extra celebrity support. We guess she didn't watch Rob Kardashian lose on Dancing With the Stars… LOLz!
Regardless, we know the producers are just LOVING this feud!! Bring on the ratings!!!
