i would have preferred vanessa hudgens as katniss. bummed that katniss is Caucasian in the film.
i haven't read the book or anything but i did see the movie, and all i can say is that all those girls that you said could play katniss are way too small for me to believe that they could be strong enough to be a front runner in the competition. at least the one that was cast looks like she's really strong and fit.
The majority of these people you have selected to cast in the Hunger Games are beyond awful and make no sense, especially for Katniss.
Is this a joke??? The cast was perfect. I really don't like this gallery… The movie would've sucked with those people in it. JLaw was perfect, and JHutch, don't get me started, I wouldn't have anyone else play Peeta Mellark.

I thank GOD Jennifer Lawrence played Katniss….and actually, so do the fans, the critics, and oh yeah LIONSGATE. Lawrence carried The Hunger Games on her shoulders to a 600 million plus dollar boxoffice victory.

please do not destroy this movie by even pointing out the possibility that ANY of those girls could have played katniss. and josh hutcherson is actually perfect as peeta. the whole cast is perfect. these celebs you picked are all too glamorous for the hunger games and most are disappointing actors
