Amanda Bynes Will Be Charged With Refusing Blood Test!

Amanda Bynes Charge DUI

Just last month, actress Amanda Bynes was arrested for a DUI, and now, nearly a month later, her charges have been announced.

According to officials, in the next two weeks, Amanda will be charged with refusal to take a chemical test. In California, it’s illegal to refuse to take a blood or breathalyzer test when you are arrested for a DUI.

A law enforcement source said:

“Amanda's first court date will be in Beverly Hills at the beginning of June. She won't be required to be there because it's only a misdemeanor."

If Bynes is convicted of the charge, she'll have to spend 48 hours in jail AND give up her license for a year!

The former child star has been out of the public eye lately, after being advised by her publicist to do so.

Some people can't handle extra pounds. She's one of them. Apparently she doesn't perceive her appearance very well, because her figure doesn't belong in a skin-hugging dress. I'm not saying she's crazy-fat, she just can't pull off that outfit.

Wow, she surely doesn't need to wear that dress. Her boobies look like an 80 year olds saggy ones. She has a funny shaped face, something just isn't right with this girl.
