Watch The Red Band Trailer For Neighborhood The Watch

| Filed under: Film FlickersVince VaughnJonah HillBen Stiller

That was an easy solution to quell the Trayvon Martin controversy! The teaser for this upcoming comedy — originally called Neighborhood Watch — upset a few people because of the tragic murder in Florida, but 20th Century Fox fixed that right quick.

The Ben Stiller, Vince Vaughn, and Jonah Hill movie is now called The Watch. It's about a group of men who join the neighborhood watch to get away from their family, but end up fighting an alien invasion.

We've got the red band trailer for your viewing pleasure (above) and we gotta say…it looks LOLtastic! Loaded with profanity, but HIGHlarious profanity!

So glad they took care of the controversial title so America can just sit back and enjoy this comedy without feeling guilty.

"the tragic murder in Florida"? Generally murders are tragic unless they involve an evil presence like Hitler. Murder? The case has not been tried yet. I suppose you are the smoking gun witness to the event, Perez. Stir the sh%t and then add a glib comment to the end of your post.

well thats a new low even for america how is "neighbourhood" controversial? also be quiet acting like you know what happened did you post the proof that zimmerman was having his head smashed off the pavement by trayvon martin? Probably not because that would be proof it was self defense.

This is beyond ridiculous! I understand people being upset about Trayvon, as I am one of those people, but it pisses me off when people are too sensitive over a movie title. I would have left the name 'neighborhood watch'. It has nothing to do with the murder of Trayvon. I hate everyone having to be so P.C.!! Get a life people!!!

Re: Jeff – I'm with you. There's nothing that relates this movie to the events in Florida. There were no aliens or exploding cows involved in Treyvon's death. People need to learn to use perspective and differentiate reality from entertainment. This movie was done way after the events happened anyway! And I just gotta say, I like Jonah in comedies. He excels at the raunchy stuff. When he's in "serious" characters, it's like he's trying too hard and I can't get it out of my mind that he curses like a sailor lol
