The author has taken to the crowdsourcing website, Kickstarter, to help raise money for his indie flick, The Canyons.
Interested "backers" of the film can donate money and receive gifts like a vote in the casting process for 10 bucks, a pitch meeting for 500 clams and full notes on your script/novel for only $5,000!
Or you could do other (more important) things with your $5,000…but that's just us.
