Ryan Murphy's The New Normal Is Officially Picked Up!

Ryan Murphy third show

If it wasn't official enough before, it's officially official now. Ryan Murphy is television's BIGGEST star.

We may not be seeing his face every night, but we're seeing THREE of his creative visions on THREE different networks this fall. On top of Glee on Fox and American Horror Story on FX, NBC has officially ordered The New Normal.

The show revolves around a gay couple (Justin Bartha and Andrew Rannells) who enlist in the help of Georgia King as a surrogate mother.

If The New Normal can attract the audience that Will & Grace had, we know this show will be a hit! Can't wait to watch!

    Dear Ryan Murphy,

Would it be at all possible for you to create work that exists outside the gay agenda? Does everything have to be gay imbued, because it feels like exploitative tokenism rather than inclusion at this point. Give it a rest dude.

Re: retrofine – I am quite happy there is a gay person in every show he's done. After all, every show outside of Ryan Murphy is strictly hetero. Gay People are people too!
If there was just white people on tv, trust the black folks would be flipping

Don't you tell us , black people will and will not watch , but no we wouldn't watch it , and i agree with , besides Nip Tuck wasn't gay , nor American horror story , and if you don't like what hes doing you can just not watch
