Tuesday's TV Ratings Showdown!
Tuesday night was a gooood night for season finales!
Last night 11.6 million people tuned in to watch Jermaine Paul win The Voice.
Okay, sure - The Voice did NOT win the 9 p.m. time slot in total viewers. NCIS: LA was steady at 14.5M, and DWTS 13.3.M. HOWEVER, Christina Aguilera and her pals DID score the best in target demo for the whole night! (’cause mostly old people watch NCIS.)
Freshman shows New Girl, Unforgettable, and Last Man Standing also aired season enders, and all ended on a high note!
Zooey Deschanel's comedy awwwed 5.53M viewers and gained 26% of target demo (awesome job hipsters)! 10.7M crime drama lovers watched Unforgettable and 6.6M Tim Allen fans watched Last Man Standing, both of which improved demo ratings.
The only show that really did bad was ABC's Private Practice, who lost a HUGE chunk of their viewers in the second half to The Voice.
As usual, NCIS won the night in total viewers with 17.8M.
