Cee Lo Green Says NO To Christina Aguilera and Adam Levine Dramz!

| Filed under: TV NewsChristina AguileraMusic MinuteCelebrity FeudsAdam LevineCeeLo GreenThe VoiceReality TV

And rightly so! Xtina and MADam Levine are professionals and should learn not to explode like children being denied dessert.

Cee Lo Green recently voiced his opinions over the Christina Aguilera and Adam Levine blowout over Tony Luca’s 99 Problems performance on The Voice. And guess what? He is not pleased.

The ‘Lo expressed:

"It's getting a little old and a little inconvenient for everyone. Adam hasn't come to me and spoken to me [about his issues] and neither has Christina. But whatever it is, I'm hoping that we can get over it, it's not something that we should carry over into season three. I want the integrity of the show intact."

Agreed! No one is blameless in this situation, so everyone should take a good, long, hard look at themselves in the mirror and say, "I make too much money for these kinds of petty fights!" Name calling is not the answer. Bitterness and rudeness are not the answer.

And also… just get over yourselves! This is all about THE VOICE, remember? Keep the drama between contestants and set an effing example.

xtina busted the guy's balls the day she found out he was on the Mickey Mouse Club. She was a bitch. And, what a pig! My God, the outfit she wore on the last show with her belly and huge ass…ugh

Christina needs to go. She was gunning for Lucca from day 1. Behave like a bitch, you get treated like a bitch. She's got a serious set of balls to think she can take issue about a song's content being derogatory to women, when she can even wear pants. Cover that shit up.

  3. 3

I thought Adam responded appropriately. What a distraction Christina was to the whole process. She sure can sing, but at what cost to having a decent personality?

  4. 4

It seems like there is more to this story than meets the eye. Yes, Christina can be a diva, but I like her on the show, and I think she is a good coach. As for Lucca, he should have given credit to other artists for his so-called original versions of Hit Me Baby One More Time, and 99 Problems.

Good fucking grief. The best some of you can come up with are schoolyard taunts? Yo, that bitch fat! YEAH! See how clever I am??? SEE HOW FUCKING CLEVER I AM! YAY ME! YAY ME!

(uh… check yourself, tweenies. Let the grownups play now)

I don't get Christina's hate of Lucca. I don't like him much myself as an artist, but hey… others do.

I also think Christina is a good coach and is a fun presence on the show. But, I really enjoy Adam as well. I'd prefer to see them kiss and make up here.

I see what people are saying below, but I think Christina has a tough competitive side. I also think she is trying to tame a wild horse, which in this case is Adam b/c she has a crush on him. No women acts like that or takes interest in a guy the way she has by being on the defensive with him and trying to show him who's boss. So, if you ask me — I think there is a few things happening, 1.) It's all about the ratings, 2.) There is a serious crush developing here….and 3.) I do agree with CeeLo that Adam and Christina need to get a room. :)

It's annoying that X-tina thinks she - as the only female judge- needs to show everyone how "strong" she is as a woman and that men "can't hold her down".
I have only seen snippets of the show, but each time there was a Christina-Adam-Tony-scene, X-tina was just being plain bitchy and always came off as a bitter person.
And the comment about the song '99 problems' being degratory - that was just laughable! The Voice should really drop her next season and find someone new.
I like that Adam is not willing to put up with her shit and that he is on Tony's side.

i think Christina & Adam just need to rough it up in bed and get it over with.

id be pissed if my husband was singing 99 problems infront of me and my son it is derogatory towards women and shameful. i dont buy adams charms i think he is actually a whiny douche, tho not taking christinas side she is a diva but at least she is upfront about it. i think she is a great singing coach and should stay on the show.

i didn't like christina before this show, but i actually respect her now. i do think her comments on the show were often insightful and substantive. i actually think she was just being honest, and not playing some sort of diva game. i say this because i also think lucca's voice isn't as strong as other competitors. i can see how she finds the song offensive. i don't agree, but it is a legit opinion.
i respect her because it is refreshing to see a woman play the role of an honest, critical judge, unlike the paula/j lo syrupy, sweetness we are used to. i feel like if simon cowell said the same things as christina, no one would have issue. (And this is from someone who doesn't even like c.a. outside this show).

(Part 1/2) Adam is a bully. Xtina was nothing but nice to Tony after she found out who he was. They showed that on TV. When it came time for her to do her JOB & give her thoughts on a performance, she said he's coming off 1 dimensional. Lucca himself said the critique helped him. After this critique she was asked to give/gets paid to do, Adam openly bullied her everyweek on national TV, at her place of work, starting with "baby one more time" (version stolen, btw) & the next week with "how you like me now?", followed by "99 problems" while xtina's son was at the show, on her lap. At least xtina focused on her team & didnt make them perform weekly spectacles to try to piss Adam off like he did. This was about Lucca/The Voice & Adam turned it into bullying. As soon as Xtina stands up for herself after the 99 Problems song, Adam spoke down like she was an idiot saying "it's called a metaphor", while she tried to reply with "but the song says if you're having GIRL PROBLEMS I feel bad for you son, I got 99 problems but a bitch aint one"…she was drowned out by the crowd clapping & cheering Adam on for being a bully, when his "metaphor" didn't even make sense.

(Part 2/2) He was wearing a TEAM XTINA shirt under his flannel for goodness sake. Levine had this PLANNED & for her to be disrespected wk after wk on her own show/place of work by him & a contestant was difficult to watch. That's unprofessional & says a lot worse about Adam. I used to love him but after seeing how he treated this situation, not so much. His "metaphor" excuse doesn't even make SENSE. "About life?" so you're having 99 problems but life isn't one? ppl are ALWAYS quick to shoot her down & she was straight up bullied on tv, everyone here said it ruined the rest of the show for them. Adam even tried to get Lucca to wear a team xtina shirt to taunt her but the show wouldn't clear it. He's a behind the scenes diva & a bully, but xtina, the woman, will of course be blamed for everything. especially if she tries to stick up for herself.

    + She donated $200,000 to a Women’s Shelter.

In 2003, Christina donated $200,000 to the Women's Center & Shelter of Greater Pittsburgh (her hometown). The shelter deals specifically with domestic violence survivors and their families — an issue close to Christina’s heart, as she often speaks on the domestic abuse she witnessed and experienced as a child.

+ She has publically supported the LGBT community for years.

Christina was supporting the LGBT community long before Lady Gaga dressed in meat and wrote “Born This Way”! ‘Tina was one of the first mainstream artists to use gay and transgender images in her 2002 music video for, “Beautiful.” In 2008, she took a public stance against California’s Proposition 8 saying, "Marriage should be about two people celebrating their love for each other. It shouldn't have anything to do with someone's sexual preference." She is also the first celeb named to West Hollywood's Gay Walk of Fame.
+ She is the spokesperson for World Hunger Relief.

  17. 17

Christina has appeared in several public service announcements for World Hunger Relief, an organization that raises money for the United Nations World Food Programme (WFP) and several other global hunger relief organizations. According to WFP, 1 in 7 children will go to bed hungry fonight! “As a mother, the idea that even one child could go to bed hungry is unacceptable…and that’s why I’m so passionate about fighting global hunger,” Christina said in a press release.

+ She sang my pre-teen crying song.

Crying song, noun: 1. A song that many sensitive, “heart-broken” individuals cry to alone in their rooms. 2. Emo.

My current crying song is Coldplay’s “Fix You,” but back in the day, Christina Aguilera "Reflection" helped me through my first major breakup. And by “major,” I mean that this guy named Oscar sat with me at lunch on Monday but not on Tuesday. It was devastating.
“Wheeeen will my reflection show whooooo I am insiiiiide?” I don’t know, Christina. I. Don’t. Know. However, I’m certain (or hopeful) that whatever reflection The Wanted saw of you wasn’t “who you really are inside.”

I'm actually not that huge of an Aguilera fan but have always had admiration for her. Tony and Adam completely digusted me this season and I will not be a future viewer if the voice does not sort out Aguilera's treament it was just plain misogyne that song was obviously directed at Christina which was proved when Levine had teh 'TeamXtina' shirt at the ready! I find it funny that the woman who calls out on it is the one labled the bad guy. Same on you NBC!

Perezito the drama makes them all that money so they're not going to stop anytime soon. Besides, the show would be as boring as American Idol if they didn't have any rivalry/tension going on.
