Yes! Yes! YES!
One more HUGE role model for America has stepped up to throw his support behind same-sex marriage.
Jay-Z, one of the most popular and most successful rappers on the planet, applauded Barack Obama's decision to announce his support for marriage equality when he told sources:
"I've always thought it as something that was still holding the country back. What people do in their own homes is their business, and you can choose to love whoever you love. That's their business. It's no different than discriminating against blacks. It's discrimination, plain and simple."
The Made In America Music Festival organizer isn't worried about whether Obama's stance on the issue will gain or cost the president votes either. Instead, he believes it's just "about people," and continued:
"It's really not about votes. It's about people. I think it's the right thing to do as a human being."
This is exactly the kind of momentum that makes this movement IMPOSSIBLE to defeat. Sorry conservatives, but the change you fear is already HERE and more of it is on the way!
EQUALITY FOR ALL!
