Yesterday, we discussed his wife's fears: maybe he's lost somewhere on drugs, maybe he's wandering around El Lay's Skid Row, etc…
But sources say they saw the Terminator 3 actor AFTER his wife last saw him, and they don't seem to be too worried about it!!
In fact, they're even confident enough to say:

Two sources can confirm they saw Nick carrying boxes outside a WeHo apartment complex on May 10.
One source won't budge on whether or not he seemed coherent, but they did say he took off either Friday or Saturday. His wife didn't contact the police until Monday.
Oof! We hope he's okay! Maybe he's just relaxing on a Thailand beach or something.

There's no reason he needs to be dead/off the rails. He could just be lying low. He might have had enough what with getting divorced from his wife and not seeing his kids and just gone to stay with friends/family away from the limelight to get some peace and quiet and to sort himself out.
