Michael Urie From Ugly Betty Now Has Partners! First Look At His New CBS Show!

| Filed under: TV NewsMichael UrieSophia Bush

First the awesomeness that looks to be The New Normal and now this?!

Network television is getting a whole lot gayer come the Fall, and frankly, it looks pretty RAD!

Ch-ch-check out a first look at the new CBS comedy Partners, from the creators of Will & Grace and stars Ugly Betty's Michael Urie and David Krumholtz as two childhood friends, one gay and one straight, who have grown up to be business associates and basically life-mates, despite both being in relationships…with Sophia Bush and Brandon Routh, respectively (above)!

Yes - you heard us correctly.

Superman is playing Michael Urie's BOYFRIEND!

We don't know about you, but HOMOliciousness aside, this actually looks like it has a lot of potential!

Looking forward to it! How about U?

Loved Ugly Betty and Will & Grace. We need to laugh more and this looks like it will be very funny. Good cast and execs.

hmm… This looks ok, but parts looked like they were taken directly from a Will and Grace script. I hope the characters have more development than just "funny gay guy" and "hot straight woman," because this preview makes the characters looks like caricatures and not real people.

Re: lol – I think the same thing!! Michael is cute, but if Brandon were gay he'd be with a Matt Bomer type—- you know, painstakingly gorgeous man!
