That's fine and all for this competition, but I really think that transgender gals should have their own competition, as it is not fair to the real women who want to compete. After all, it does knock some capable women out of the competition, as only a certain number are allowed to compete.

They have Tranny pageants which is why he shouldn't have been allowed to compete. No matter what a Dr does to you you are a man. I don't agree with allow Jenna to compete in the pageant. It is for women… the other women I believe are not allow to have cosmetic surgery such as breast enhancements, therefore why is Jenna allow to have enhancement surgery. She may be a women now but she was born a man…she should not be allow to be in the pageant.

Im not against homosexuals or other-sexuals, etc. But i respect the integrity of the Ms Universe Pageant until this incident happened. If transgendered people are allowed to join for contest meant for females, we might as well let ANYONE join in. Invite anyone at all, as well as MEN, etc. And see how chaotic it can be? WHy not transgendered people have their own pageants or make one, if they dont already have one? It's not about gender-hating here. But even males and females have their own pageants for years and were never together. It's sacriledge.
I am actually really torn on this whole situation. I have a couple of transgender friends and I know how much they struggle with the whole man/woman title and what they should be called so I get that its a very sensitive issue. That being said, if the rules clearly state that they have to be natural with no surgical enhancements (I honestly don't know the rules off hand so it's an if) it doesn't seem fair to have them compete against naturally born girls that haven't had any help. I mean, her boobs are a hell of a lot nicer than mine but mine are real so it's hard to compete.
I think the only solution would be to change rules entirely so that everyone is allowed to have enhancement surgery to make it fair. Or to start a new pageant, that isn't for "transgender" (it's hardly fair to segregate them like that) but that has the rule in place from the start that girls with less than real bodies can enter.
