North Carolina Pastor Preaches About The Death Of ALL Homosexuals!

| Filed under: Icky Icky PooGay Gay GayWacky, Tacky & TrueSad SadLGBT

Holy whackomole!

This poorly misguided North Carolina pastor has nothing but hate in his heart for the LGBT community and is stopping at nothing to spread it.

When talking about same-sex marriage, Pastor Charles L. Worley says that "the Bible's again it, God's again it, I'm again it and if you've got any sense you're again it!"

No, we didn't misspell "against". It's just that this guy never learned to pronounce words that end with "st".

Even sadder than his speech impediment is that his congregation actually supports what he's saying!

Ugh! What an unfortunate flock of sheep to be a part of, right? Check out his crazy rant (above) to hear his plan "to get rid of all the lesbians and queers." It involves locking us all up in a 100-mile long electrified fence, air dropping food, and waiting for us all to die out because we can't reproduce…

Luckily, he "couldn't get it past the Congress."

This is truly sickening stuff and we know it doesn't represent the majority of Christians, but we're overwhelmingly saddened that people still think this way and use their religion as an excuse for intolerance.

The LGBT community doesn't want to take God's love away from anybody, but for some reason there is a minority of religious folks who think the LGBT community doesn't deserve the same courtesy.

For the good of all mankind, this bigotry HAS to stop!

It would be easy to respond to this guy's hate with more hate, but we would NEVER want to lock Pastor Worley up in an electric fence and wait for him to die. Instead we'd rather lock him in a room filled with "lesbians and queers" so he can learn to live with them in peace.

Really? You pick on his speech impediment? Something he cannot change any more than you can change? Screw you. Talk about rising BELOW

  2. 2

how sad, so much hate :(

  3. Amy says – reply to this

The number of Christians who LOVE not HATE the LGBT community is on the rising. Please dont let this guy represent us as a whole. I love God with all my heart and I hate the words that are coming out of this mans mouth. They are un- biblical

  4. 4

People in the south really are screwed up. They would still have Slaves if us northerners didn't talk some sense into them. I say we kill all the fat, bigoted hillbillies instead.

  5. 5

Oh my..what a troubled man. Sad and discouraging to hear. Thankfully he IS in the minority!

Re: Novel1 – Sorry, after the stupid crap he spewed out I don't think anyone feels bad for this guy.

  7. 7

Wow, hate on hate. By the way, great job ignoring the lesbians who faked the hate crime.

  8. 8

Because when someone says something you don't agree with the reasonable thing to do is mock his speech impediment.
I don't agree with straight up hate being taught at church. But hate goes both ways.

  9. 9

Any day now he'll be caught in a motel room with Michelle Bachman's husband.

  10. 10

The bible says homosexuality is a sin. It's an irrefutable fact. An irrelevant minority of people are sitting there trying to change something thats thousands of years old just to convenient them. Who the F do they think they are? Taking a dick in your ass does not make you special.

We do not have to agree with your lifestyle. Stop condemning people who dislike gays. We do not have to accept you. Funny enough, he calls those people "sheep"..While the majority of this nations population are mindless sheep simply jumping on the pro LGBT bandwagon. Celebs don't actually care about gays, no one does. It's just a camera man shoving a mic and cam in their face asking them about gay issues..Of course they will say something positive.

Whats even funnier is the religious people that actually support it. You can't sit there, pray before every meal, say you're a man of god then only do the things that are convenient for you. You'll either lie, cheat, steal or sleep around on your spouse..Hypocrites. You cannot be religious and support homosexuality. Either give up the whole "god" thing and support gays or don't. You cannot have it both ways. At least people are realizing how stupid and hypocritical religion and the people that blindly follow it is.

Oh and his plan is shitty, why give them food and let them die off? Just gas chamber them..Quicker and more cost effective.

Re: Novel1 – you can fix a speech impediment, with fairly little difficulty. I had a stutter when i was a child. Through speech therapy i got rid of my stutter. just sayin.

What a despicable human being. I feel sorry for other Christians who have this man using their faith as justification to spread hate and bigotry. After the legislation that just passed in North Carolina and this video, they are fast becoming the new Arizona, and this is coming from someone who lives in Texas! Christians and North Carolinians, show us how you really are! I know there are millions of you out there who believe in tolerance and equality. You simply cannot sit quiet and let this man walk all over your faith and your state to promote such an ugly and hateful mentality. Show us what it really means to be a Christian and how this man does not speak for YOU and your faith.

  13. CSLB says – reply to this

I am usually proud to be both a Christian and from North Carolina, but our recent display of intolerance is an embarrassment. Christianity is built on love and unconditional acceptance, and this man is a tragic excuse for a witness. Thanks to people like him, Christians (and people from NC) are viewed as closed minded and ignorant. I surely hope that people were not hurt or made bitter by the words of someone so little minded.

  14. 14

Re: NookiesWA – You are right that the bible states that homosexuality is a sin, but it also says many other things are sins that we simply do not abide by today, most of which are mentioned on even the same page as homosexuality! The point of being a Christian isn't blindly following all of the mandate that MAN has written. The point of being a Christian is relying on your faith and virtues to ensure you live a meaningful and just life. The bible condones and encourages slavery, the execution of family members, and violence against women, while it also condemns the eating of shellfish, the blending of textiles… You've heard all of this before. It's no secret that the majority of faithful Christians have determined some of the specific mandates written in the bible by man no longer represent the virtues they feel are important to maintaining a Christian faith.

My point is, you can be a bigot, you can be against equality, you can be against tolerance, but using your faith in Christianity to justify these feelings is just not applicable anymore. Your argument that whatever it says in the bible goes is simply irrational and it doesn't take a genius to see that. This is irrefutable.

  15. 15

Perez, your kindness and grace in the face of such a horrid story about such a horrid man is amazing. You rock! I'm so glad you realize not all Christians are like this moron. :)

  16. Jenny says – reply to this

i PROMISE not all of North Carolinians are like this! In Raleigh and Charlotte, we won the vote against the amendment, unfortunately it was up to the rest of the illiterate state as well. BELIEVE ME, WE ARE NOT ALL LIKE THIS. so embarasing. ugh.

  17. 17

Re: Novel1 – You can easily fix a speech impediment. Oops!

Re: NookiesWA – You keep saying celebrities don't care about homosexuals, and I think the reason is because it's hard for someone like you understand the concept of caring for someone else without any motivational reason. You've proven time and time again on this site that you have very little regard for your fellow man, and I think you assume all human beings are that way. In reality, homosexuals have a huge influence and standing in the media and in these celebrities' lives. They do their hair and make up, they prep them for interviews, and they also just may be their friends. It's easy to understand why celebrities would want these people to have the same rights as everyone else. It's also a basic societal concept that people want everyone to be equal and happy. Celebrities, like millions of people in this country, realize that homosexuals being given the same rights as everyone else just doesn't affect them. It's just an easy way to fix a major problem in this country that doesn't cost billions of dollars, deal with war, or international influence, or really anything to anyone at all. There are no disadvantages to homosexuals getting the same rights as everyone else.

  19. 19

Re: ericababy – "When men strive together one with another, and the wife of the one draweth near for to deliver her husband out of the hand of him that smiteth him, and putteth forth her hand, and taketh him by the secrets: then thou shalt cut off her hand, thine eye shall not pity her." (Deuteronomy 25:11-12)

Not to mention women being viewed as property, and filth if they are not virgins.
I also urge you to educate yourself on the many instances of rape and pillaging in the bible. Note that this is all on your turf. I could be much more effective arguing why being a bigot is wrong just on a humanistic level, but you people only respond when we give it to you in bible verses, so I'll do just that.

I anticipate your response being "Well they were different times back then." which directly proves my point.

amazing this retard got to be in charge of a bunch of back water retards .. hatred is easily spread acceptance of people in the world is harder …they need to take this whole state and just nuke it… be gone demon

So how come you don't finish this with "Get it together USA!!"

Just like when you wrote that Denmark should "get it together" because of ONE ignorant human - this is the same thing…

  27. 27

This is really sad for the poor kids that have to grow up around this kind of ignorance and hate. I'm an educated adult that can see him for what he is and let it go, but kids aren't that lucky. And really? Gays and lesbians don't need to procreate, they are born from heterosexuals everyday lol.

  28. 28

First off, the lgbt community doesn't deserve the same courtesy (or any courtesy for that matter) You choose to live that lifestyle! I agree 100% with this man. You should all be locked up and put in whatever. However I disagree with dropping food to them. Let them starve to death, or resort to cannibalism.

  29. 29

I am from North Carolina and I am horrified by this man and ashamed he's associated with the South. I can't believe someone can be so cruel and ignorant. Then add God to it. Not all Christian's think like this. Love is love, no matter your sexual preference!!!!

  30. 30

Gays act as if they are being kept in chains and lynched. Which is why it annoys people. Religious nuts like this are few and far between. People disliking gays because they are gay isn't really the problem. It's how annoying gays are with forcing their shit down our throat which results in people disliking them. It's like blacks, most are stupid monkeys..then they get mad at white people for stereotyping them..blame your own race.

  31. 31

i'd be slightly okay with them not wanting same-sex marriage, (everyone has a right to believe anything they like), if they campaigned against divorce as well. divorce is ruining the sanctity of marriage not gay marriage.

  32. 32

And people think that only the Islam has religious fanatics??? LOL What a douchebag. I am sure he will go to "heaven" when he dies. Religion is the worst thing ever.

  33. 33

If god exists, and god is all powerful, and god hates gays, why are they still around. He could literally snap his fingers, eradicate each and every one, and erase the memory of everyone else as if homosexuality never existed. Is he not that powerful?

When Jesus was on earth, why did he never, one time, mention homosexuality as a sin or otherwise? You would think something that important wouldn't have slipped his mind. I mean, it must have been something thought about when he and the apostles went one by one washing each other's "feet". Jesus preached love, not hate.

At this juncture in my life, and having met so many so-called christians who tell me I am going to hell, I can honestly say that if they are going to heaven, hell is a much better alternative. Amen.

  34. 34

Re: NookiesWA – Yep, the bible says it is a SIN.
    1) Not everyone believes in the bible, so therefore not everyone believes it is a sin.
    2) Some people just SIN, I am sure lots of people who believe in the bible and god sin too. Have you never sinned?
    3) It is not your business what two people do in their private life.

Re: joethehobo – the point of Christianity is believing in Jesus Christ, that he is the Son of God and that he died for our sins, and once believing that, accepting it as truth and accepting him as your savior and then the battle begins to be all you can be for Jesus, and yes people fall and fail always, but being in Jesus, you learn soon that he will always pick you back up…..just felt the need to clarify that…..God does not condone slavery, the bible simply teaches how to make the best of the situation if you are in slavery……just because something is in the bible, doesnt mean that's how God wanted it, humans have always been aholes, lets face it……all the food laws in the bible, if you listen to teachers who actually studied them, they were written simply for health reasons….example….dont eat pork….simply because pigs dug in the dirt and ate worms and therefore the meat was contaminated….do some research, it's actually quite insiteful……

Re: joethehobo – and yes, in the old testiment, woman were basically treated like nothing….by MEN, not by GOD…..if you read through the new testiment, you will clearly see that Jesus raised women up from under the feet of men and set them on level playing field…side by side! not behind the man……it's MEN, who are slow to see this and therefore still act like aholes.!!!! just saying…….final note….this man has no clue what real love and christianity is and does not represent the whole Christian community in any way shape or form

  48. 48

An North Carolina is supposedly one of the more progressive southern sates. I am more and more of the mind that southern states should be allowed to secede from the United States of America. We would be forever grateful. See ya boy!

  49. 49

His logic does not make sense - in a few years they die out because they cant reproduce. So, only gay people have gay kids? Pretty sure my parents are straight. In this case, it is straight people that are to blame for all of this. If they would just STOP having GAY kids we would not have this problem!!!

What an idiot. I didnt realize that he was homophobic. Againt - I had to google it…
Is he afraid that if he pronounces his "sssttt" sounds it might be misinterpreted as him having a lisp and being gay? That must be it. Dumbass…

  50. 50

Re: CanadianMommy – It seems we disagree on on our interpretations of what is said in the bible, and while I will admit I am probably not the best person to argue with on the subject, I think it still proves my point: The bible is flawed for more than one reason. First of all, it was written by man, not god. Second, there are many different interpretations one can gather from it, depending on how literally or figuratively you want to take it. What I think we can all agree on is that there are certain things in the bible Christians have been more than willing to ignore based on a logical and empathetic level. I have no idea why giving homosexuals the same rights as everyone else is so hard to for people to do.

  51. 51

If you believe in anything the bible or any other holy book says then you're just a brainless brainwashed idiot.

    As for the speech impediment:
Perez, can you please start mocking blacks when they ofter refuse to speak normal English? You know, words that contain the "th" sound are often lazily pronounced.
"BirFday". "MumPH" instead on "Month", etc……………………………………………
Or things like "I went to my Momma house". It's supposed to be "Momma'S house.

  52. 52

The man is a visionary. Not only would it solve the gay problem but it would also help slow the spread of aids. Please America, we MUST implement this.

Re: joethehobo – for me personally, as a christian, i honestly dont really care what people do, i dont judge, i do think some things are a sin, and we all sin, but that is between them and God…..its not our place to judge….we can try to correct, but if it's not done in love and if we have more sin in our lives than the person we are trying to correct, we really should just butt out….and may i say that i appreciate your adult response and attitude…some people on here just tend to fly right off the handle and i appreciate you being normal ;) you are the type of person that can hold an adult conversation and discussion and not go mental, it's refreshing lol

  54. Kelly says – reply to this

I hate to break it to you- BeezJay- but, bigotry exists everywhere. To say that people from the south are screwed up, just goes to show how little you know. I am from MD, and now live in Alabama. I am from an adopted, blended family. I believe that people can love whoever they choose to. BUT, that's just it. It's a choice. Everyone has a right to choose who they love, what they believe, etc. The LGBT community wants everyone to accept and be tolerant of their choices… But the fact is that's never going to happen. Where is the acceptance/tolerance for those who oppose their choices?? The LGBT community is asking people to do something for them, that they are unwilling to do for others (who might hae a different opinion). The truth is, hate is spewing from every side.

  55. 55

Re: Kelly – I think your argument is flawed. Its not necessarily about love. Whether or not you are homosexual or heterosexual says nothing about who you "love". The term "love" is subjective and has nothing to do with sexual attraction. I "love" my dog, but am I attracted to him? no. I love my grandmother but am I attracted to her? no. I agree with you that you can choose who you love, but that is not the same thing as choosing who you are attracted to. Homosexual refers to having an attraction, a sexual attraction, to someone of the same sex. That is not a choice. That is something that is hardwired in you while you are inside the womb. Totally different.

  56. 56

Re: Mad Dog – But then what about the straight people that have AIDS? That is not an insignificant number. I believe that the NIH has reported recently that of the 50,000 new aids infections in the US last year that it was split 56:44 Straight:Gay. Just sayin'…

  57. 57

Re: NookiesWA – First, I just want to say I respect your opinion. I’ve always know I liked boys. Coming to that realization that I was gay, greatly conflicted with my Christianity. I used to pray every night to God to let me not be this way. Did it work? No. I felt so alone and I hated myself. Why would I choose to be picked on all throughout school, or hurt loved ones by coming out, or losing friends, or any other negative consequence one endures in the country being a homosexual? Does that sound smart to you? Back on track, then I realized, I cannot change how I was born. Clearly God wanted me to be gay or else I'd be straight. You cannot call yourself a Christian, and hate groups of people. I am a devout Christian and I'm gay. Big deal.

  58. 58

Re: NookiesWA – I was taught that God is just, forgiving, and of love. Regards to the Bible, I don't believe everything in the Bible is applicable to today. There are things in there about marriage/polygamy that I think is wrong. It also says divorce is wrong, yet people do it. Christians do it. All Christians, as you put it, are hypocrites. This is why Jesus died to take on our sins because we are not perfect. Also, don't use the word religious to only apply to Christianity, because there are plenty of religions who view homosexuality as a natural thing. Also, you have no place speaking for those who support the LGBT community.

  59. 59

Re: CanadianMommy – It's also refreshing to see true Christians doing the Christian thing, which is to love and be loved in return! I think if Jesus is really the man they say he is, he would be so disappointed at the level of bigotry supposedly justified by his cause. People like you prove what Christianity is really about and I admire that.

  60. 60

Re: NookiesWA – Whether a celebrity like or dislikes homosexuality, they are still contributing to equal rights for all kinds of people. Back to the Bible. The men who wrote the Bible were possessed by Jesus thus writing scripture. Who's to say these men put their own personal opinions and beliefs in the Bible. You cannot take everything in the Bible so literal. Honestly the Ten Commandments are my guideline to being a Christian, and striving to be a good person in general. I'm not attacking you, I'm just offering you the opportunity to put yourself in my position and imagine how you'd feel being told you're going to burn in hell for something you have no control over. It's beyond how I view God and just plain disgusting. Your last comment solidifies my point that Christians make mistakes because killing people is a SIN!

  61. seashelllover says – reply to this

The Bible is the infallible inspired word of God. the Bible states that homosexuality is an abomination to God. God tries to protect people from their own selves; not to hurt but to help, even if we don't agree. We are all guilty of something we have done. We can't be picking at someone elses speck in their eyes without removing the plank from our own. God and Jesus love everyone and want all to go to Heaven. We all need to respond to everone with love, not judging; leave that to God. Everone needs the love of God and his lifechanging help-no-one is perfect except Jesus

  62. 62

Re: Kelly – Your argument is flawed in numerous places. First, and I can't believe we're still on this, homosexuality is NOT a choice. You look like an idiot for still believing this in 2012. Seriously, how ignorant do you have to be to STILL believe homosexuality is a choice? I choose to be gay as much as you choose to be straight. If your sexuality is ambiguous enough to allow you to 'choose' which gender you are attracted to, then you don't sound as straight as you think. I don't know about you, but for the rest of us, our sexuality is pretty much set in stone. Second, you say homosexuality will never be accepted. You could not be more wrong. Just look at all of the progress that has been made even within the past few years. Inequality in this age is really starting to bother people, and they want to do something about it. To deny this is simply irrational.Third, you ask us to respect the opinions of bigots. It's a little easier for you to do that when your own rights aren't on the line. This country has, many times, decided that just because someone has the right to say something, it doesn't mean they should. If someone was spreading racism I'd like to think you would have a problem with it. Homophobia should be under the same treatment. My point is that homosexuality will be accepted and soon. You have a choice which side of history you'll be on. Ask yourself what side your grandkids will wish you were on and if they'd be proud of your answer.

Re: joethehobo – I try to do as Jesus taught, to show love and forgiveness, sometimes i feel led to try and correct, but i dont believe in shoving it down someones throat, I simply speak what i believe, it is a person choice on whether they want to believe it and serve God, of course i fail in things as much as anyone, and sometimes anger gets the better of me, but when it comes down to it, God loves everyone, Jesus died for everyone, and the devil makes sure human beings keep on ripping each other to shreds, love and forgiveness is what Jesus taught and WE ALL need to take a lesson :) God bless you, and watch over you.

  67. 67

Re: NookiesWA – I have many people I "dislike", such as people like yourself. However I would never propose that you should be locked in an electrified fence to die off. The problem I have with seemingly Christian people like yourself is that, yes, the bible says I'm wrong to love another man. However the bible also says that another person, like yourself, is in no position to cast a stone at me. Can you try to peacefully show me "the way"? Of course, but Jesus indicated that as a fellow sinner you're in no place to judge let alone hatefully damn my lifestyle. It is God's role to judge me after my death. You should probably read the book your judging my community with before making sweeping generalizations. My straight Christian parents who are not celebrities and don't follow popular culture have had gay friends since they were my age. My "coming out" happened when I brought my first boyfriend over to have dinner with my parents, who were lovely to him and me. The "gay thing" hardly something new but people are becoming more socially aware, and you're on the wrong side of history if you still think it's acceptable to bully others who are different than you. But if you really think lgbti people are going to hell, why not actually follow what you claim to believe and let God be the judge of that? At the very least, take to heart the passage in the bible where you're instructed to love the sinner, not the sin.

  68. 68

    Re: seashelllover – Two comments.

First, if you mix textiles, eat shellfish, or cut your hair, you are not strictly following the infallible word of God. Lather up in sunscreen cause you are going to hell.

Second, I would not call the bible "infallible" in any way. Pre-printing press times meant that the bibles needed to be copied by hand. How do we know that some guy who was pissed off at gays one day decided to slip that in? we dont.

  69. 69

I do not comment on much, but this is horrible. I was ashamed of being from North Carolina when the ignorant amendment passed, after seeing this, one word….wow. I find it funny that someone can call themselves a christian and be so ignorant. The bible tells us to love everyone, My God loves everyone, even these crazies. If you are right with god and it does not affect you why do you care what another individual does with his or her life. I say if everyone loved each other more this world would be a much better place.

Putting religion aside for a moment, I'm just wondering to all of you who feel members of the LBGT community should be "locked and starved to death", if this were done like you wish, how would this benefit you as an individual? How would your life be so greatly improved if the world consisted of no gays? And don't say HIV would no long exist as that is not supported by scientific research. I feel sorry for all of you who choose to spend so much time hating others when you receive no benefits from doing so.

The pastor did not write the Bible and cannot change what it says, no matter how all of
the rest of us may like to change it. How do you LOVE someone by telling them that
homosexuality is fine, just continue as you are. You do them, yourself, and society a
disservice. Why should WE, the Christian community be forced to marry them, and pay
for their HIV drugs ? The WAGES of sin is death, but the FREE gift of God is life. The
Gay community needs to realize that homosexuality is still a sin, like many other things
That we do in life. The difference here, is that the gay community, in the name of LOVE,
is forcing the Christian community to remove homosexuality from the list of sins, to that of
a good righteous act of LOVE. Proverbs 14:12 says it best, There is a way that seemth
right unto a man, but in the end these are the ways of death. In this ara of political
correctness, few like this pastor have the guts to stand up for the Truth. Unfortunately
in the future, men like this pastor will be convicted of hate crimes and sentenced to death. The gays think that they are winning, and have won, but when they win, all of us

Re: RodRe: Rod – I am so tired of people standing behind the bible to justify bigotry and name calling. Get off your "holier than thou" lecture. It'just gives licese to the "nuts" out there to use violence to make your point.
