So You Can Think You Can Dance Judge Slapped With INSANE Lawsuit By Former Manager! Described As "Desperate, Cocaine-Fueled Nymphomaniac!"

| Filed under: Icky Icky PooDrugsWacky, Tacky & TrueLegal MattersReality TV

Okay, whoa! WHAT?!

So You Think You Can Dance judge Mary Murphy has been slapped with a $1 million lawsuit by her former manager, Michael Sanchez, for breach of written and oral contract for the four years he repped her, and is not only seeking unpaid commissions and damages, but goes on to label her in court documents as a "desperate, cocaine-fueled nymphomaniac!"

Oh, and that's only the TIP of the batshiz crazy iceberg.

According to the suit, the 54-year-old judge began to exhibit "increasingly self-absorbed, childish and demanding behavior" under his management, would get so destroyed on prescription drugs and cocaine that she would miss or underperform in meetings and appearances, secretly coach and work with specific contestants behind-the-scenes and therefore violate U.S. game-show fixing laws, and even engage in sexual relationships with staffers on the reality competition, as well as a drug dealer and a married Naval officer she met on-line!

Oh, and keep an eye on the Coke cup from which she's drinking the next time the show is on, because she also apparently demands that producers keep booze in hers during tapings!

Still with us? Because there's MORE!

Sanchez ALSO alleges that on top of helping her secure her first full-season contract as judge on the series in 2007 and then, her subsequent three-year renewal as a permanent fixture, he counseled her on a WHAMMY of personal issues, including her suicidal thoughts and addiction to plastic surgery, and even was instrumental in keeping her job secure despite her aforementioned, ahem, 'unusual' behavior!

He says:

"Mary is the ultimate 'victim.' Whenever something goes wrong, even if it's her fault, she will blame someone else. She never takes credit for the disastrous choices she makes."

And his attorney, Steven P. Krakowsky, elaborates:

"Michael built and fiercely protected Ms. Murphy's brand. Like anyone who works hard, he deserves to be fully and fairly compensated for his efforts."

Meanwhile, while the judge's attorney counters that the claims are "libelous" and in a countersuit, alleges that the initial dispute was caused by his personal bankruptcy and failure to pay HER money he owed under contract, a source close to Michael maintains:

"Her desperate attempt to shift the focus from her deadbeat behavior and drug abuse would be laughable if it wasn't so damaging. Common sense tells you that Mary's failure to pay one penny of the commissions she owed created the need for a strategic bankruptcy. For the record, the double whammy of Mary's refusal to pay, combined with her providing false information in a separate, frivolous lawsuit, led to the decision to file a strategic bankruptcy which was fully discharged long ago."

What. A. MESS!

And unfortunately, this is the kind of crazy that is so beyond that we actually think it COULD NOT have been made up!

Which makes us wonder…WHAT ON EARTH is going on behind-the-scenes of this show?

We cannot WAIT to see how this one develops.

Something tells us this is going to be one wild ride lawsuit!

None of this surprises me — she's the Paula Abdul of that show. But what he's doing is legalized blackmail. He's signaling to her that if she doesn't pay up, he's going to reveal all manner of embarrassing details in this lawsuit.
