As expected, Lane Garrison has pled not guilty to a misdemeanor domestic violence charge.
The former Prison Break actor allegedly slapped his ex-girlfriend, Ashley Mattingly, during an encounter in the lobby of her Beverly Hills apartment building.
Surveillance footage shows what looks like Garrison, taking a swing and connecting with Ashley's body or face, but he has vehemently denied that he made contact and swears he was just reaching for his phone.
He's been ordered to stay away from Mz. Mattingly and that hasn't been too hard because he's been stuck behind bars since his arrest on April 22nd.
As a result of parole complications from his last prison stink, Garrison will be in jail until June 29th, when he is finally released on a $50,000 bail.
We'll see where this goes when he makes his first court appearance during a pre-trial hearing on July 11th!
