Beyonce Remembers Robin Gibb

Beyonce is very emotional about the passing of The Bee Gees star, Robin Gibb.

The singer paid tribute to Mr Gibb, who passed away Sunday, by writing a message on her website for fans and family to see.

Blue Ivy's mom wrote:

"The Bee Gees were an early inspiration for me, Kelly and Michelle. We loved their songwriting and beautiful harmonies. Recording their classic song, Emotion, was a special time for Destiny's Child. Sadly we lost Robin Gibb this week. My heart goes out to his brother Barry and the rest of his family."

Such a touching sentiment!

Beyonce is just one of many celebs, mourning the loss of Robin Gibb.

Great. She's taking phony lessons from her super-white elitist pal Gwyneth, who is the queen of awkward phony. I don't know why these "celebs" feel the need to comment on everything; people like Beyonce are known for singing, not thinking. I wish she'd STFU already.

Good lord you're a retard. Like Beyonce grew up listening to the bee gee's. What a joke, just getting in on the latest dead celeb being "the greatest thing ever, i'm so emotional about it". Bullshit, there is no way her ghetto ass listed to that crappy ass ausie pop shit.

Re: La Garse – …and I wish there were more people like you commenting on this site, instead of all these fucking sheep. What a joke, like she even listened to this guy…EVER!

Everything Be-yawn-ce does I find myself questioning , she seems incredibly contrived but many celebs are it's all about remaining marketable to a greater extent.

Destinys child recorded a version of emotion so maybe she is telling the truth. Its possible to be black and listen to music by white people shocking I know…………..

"emotional" my a**! Fake…like her friend, gwyneth. Her dancing and husband's music are crap, anyways.

Lol! Yall goin hard! I don't know though! I'm a seasoned musician & i kinda think musicians tend to appreciate all types of music. I won't lie! I'm an R&b, smooth jazz, hip hop lover! I'm a straight macho male that loves women to death! But there are some country songs that bring me to my knees with their messages & melodies lol! I guess deep down im a creampuff Lol!

OMG these comments are disgusting. Pure hatred and jealousy written between these lines. Destinys Child remade "Emotions" years ago, you honestly think they didn't listen to it before singing it and on top of that you really think musicians don't listen to other musicians??? Like what cave do you live under. The Bee Gees are from the disco era, everyone listened to them not just white people. Taking a stab at beyonce is fine but not the Bee Gees, they are classic. I'm 23 and I've listened to them, I'm not a musician either.
