    And you know what….this was a binge. And binges are not healthy. It means that you are starving your body so much, that it actually takes over your self control and eats whatever it can. It is in starvation mode. And you feel bad about this binge. That is why you are trying to justify it by telling all of your readers about it. But remember perez…this is a gossip site. Not a place for you to tell us about your eating habits. You need to gain a little weight. That picture at the bottom of your site, you with gaga…that is a good weight for you. Your face looked full, and you looked happy. Get some help perez.

    You rock Mario Perez :-) . Keep up the good work– you look amazing and you should be proud of taking charge of your health. Do not worry— one night of a binge isn't the end, you just keep going, forgive yourself, and move on. This is only one tiny obstacle– move forward and you will be okay!! :) :)

    You are so obsessive about food. You basically went from one extreme to the other. Just because you're skinny doesn't mean you have a healthy attitude towards diet and exercise.

    if ur exercising enough which u are u can pretty much eat whatever …i just ate
    spinach and mince boiled with cauliflour carrots and tiny tiny amount of potatoe not big amount and broccoli

    followed by a cup of tea

    and now a chocolate bar ok but i dont find chocolate fattening

    plus i increased my walking and water intake …and taking protein powder once a day is hardening up what muscles i do have..

    as long as ur not stuffing down burgers and chips u should be ok…

    i got to say when im in a motel i usually end up eating all those snacks its hard not to..

    i think the most fattening there was prob the snickers and the oreos..

    nuts are protein most of it aint that bad …

    cheese i dont have its just pure fat i would only have cheese on a aitkens diet …
    try carrying around some celery and lemon u suck the lemon u dont feel hungry anymore and celery fills the guts.

    what u need to realise is u were never fat u were just a product of the age where we are told its ok to overeat so we do u are actually not a fat build at all just maybe stuffed down the junk food ,, what u got now is ur normal body which u would have had if u werent a product of the junk food age ….. u were never actually fat …just overeating… now u normal u eat normally bingeing on snacks sometimes is not abnormal doing it daily is yes…

    Haha what an awesome pig-out! Mario, you look amazing and have transformed your body and deserved this!!! (just don't do it again for another year) I have gotten inspired to change my body and allow myself one cheat day a week. I think it helps psychologically to know I can cheat.

    My secret to losing 15 lbs? Eat REAL food. I don't eat processed foods (except sometimes on cheat days) I believe the chemicals in prepackaged and fast food make you fat. When eating out, which we do a lot, I eat more simply and clean - grilled fish, organic meat, no bread & butter, drink red or white wine. Smaller portions. It isn't easy since I think I am addicted to Doritos and other junk. It's like a drug. We need to get educated about what the food industry is marketing to us.
