    i admire your abilities to take good care of yourself but i think you're become a narcissist and you look completely emaciated. there's a balance between having the right body and having one that shrieks, anorexia. a bit of body fat and fat is good for the body. and please why do you continue to censor comments for some postings and allow postings in other articles? i find this a complete lack of respect for freedom of speech - its almostl ike you don't value people's comments on this website that you feel a need to censor or prevent people from writing !

Ever heard of push ups, sit ups, running stairs, taking hikes, swimming in an ocean/lake or just plain jogging? Healthy food can be just as affordable as junk food, too.

    I have been doing the same yoga pose for years and I just found out that your foot needs to be way up on your thigh or on your calf OR you can really hurt yourself over time. You do not want to have your foot any where around your knee. Yet…Looking good!

    Well, I guess all the hate you're getting is kinda expected, you've not exactly made yourself a household name by being a gay mexican Oprah, so I won't even start to defend you in that area.
    What I WILL do, is congratulate you on you reaching the goals you've set up for yourself. You were tired of being overweight and you changed your life around. Well done!! It's always inspiring to see people succeed, it's a great reminder that if you set your mind to it and use the means you have, you too can make a change. Keep setting new goals and keep reaching them (just be careful, you're on the verge of becoming manorexic, and you don't want that, it would just be a waste)!
    Oh, and please be a little nicer. It was great to see you and Lindsay on GLEE, but all kudos went to her for agreeing on even being in the same room as you. The stuff you wrote about her, if you haven't noticed, it rippled, now even tabloids in Europe are hunting her, for no reason (other than having shitty parents who, together with fame, fucked her up good) other than what they read on YOUR blog. So be aware of the fact that what you put out there, WILL have effect. Peace.
