Amanda Bynes Was Involved In ANOTHER Hit-And-Run!
Can someone take this girl's license away, please?
Amanda Bynes will finally be appearing court on June 6th for her April 6th DUI arrest, but apparently, she's may have to return very soon after that, because the actress was involved in ANOTHER hit-and-run only a few short days AFTER the first!
Bynes reportedly struck another vehicle on the 101 Freeway in a rented series 5 BMW, and immediately fled the scene. However, the victim was clearly not having any of that, so they followed her off the freeway and managed to get the license plate number…before Amanda blew through a red light!
When California Highway Patrol arrived and ran the plate, they determined it was an Enterprise rental - only to discover upon further investigation that the renter in question was none other than Miz Bynes!
Unfortunately, though, when the case was referred to a filing officer at the El Lay City Attroney's officer, it was immediately rejected because there was no independent witness who could confirm the actress as the culprit!
Ugh. UNBELIEVABLE!
That doesn't seem very fair, now does it?
We just hope the judge takes this whole debacle into consideration when trying her for the DUI later this month!
She CLEARLY has no business behind the wheel!
