Music has become so so so pathetic and really really bad. I hate using the word "music" to describe what's been going on the past 5-10 years. And the reason it's so bad is that the 10 and 12 year olds are defining the market.
There was a day when you had to physically go to the record store and buy an album. This demographic could hitch rides on rare occasion, but now they are the main purchaser of music via the internet and mom/dads credit card. And it's destroying the industry. And people like Mario help promote the crap out of this garbage. God damn.
