Although Desperate Housewives creator Marc Cherry’s latest pilot, Devious Maids, got passed on by ABC, that doesn’t mean it’s a no-go!
Reportedly, the Lifetime network has been eyeing up the drama series for its fall lineup!
Cherry is supposedly in talks with the network for a full season, after it failed to gain enough interest from other networks.
The series will feature soap star Susan Lucci and Ugly Betty’s Ana Ortiz and will follow the lives of maids in Beverly Hills and all the dramz that comes along with it!
Hmm…betrayal, murder, drama…yup! Sure sounds like a PERFECT fit for Lifetime to us!
Here’s to hoping it gets picked up…we're pretty bummed it hasn't gotten green lit already!
